Kaffee Berlin — Restaurant in Lyon

We are visiting from Canada. We had a late lunch at your location on July 3rd family of 5. I was targeted by the waitress as soon as she set eyes on me. Apparently, she did not like me and made it known to the point that I was served a salad that contained rancid prosciutto the grilled cheese sandwich was on stale bread. I politely told her I couldn’t eat what she served me as I did not want to get food poisoning. She took plate away without offering me something else. This waitress was rude, not customer focused and showed a miserable attitude towards her employment. We paid bill inside as per her instruction. I told her we were disappointed with service - her response “ I don’t like You”. We thanked her and left. We wanted a quick and easy lunch. We saw the sign for the €12 lunch special. When ordering, we double-checked with the server about the special. She said that was true and we could order a beer with it. When we went to pay, our bill was €37. We were told by the cashier that the special was a student special. Kaffee Berlin does feel a little bit like a Kreuzberg burger joint and serves some tasty burgers. Their menu offers a range of salads, the mentioned burgers and bagels. Prices are fair, service was friendly and our meal a joy. The only downsides: we ordered two burgers done medium and one was more well done and the other more rare than medium. But still, both tasted fine - but it might be best to stick to just medium if you can't guarantee the result. And the table water was very heavy on...
