Based on previous reviews, the expectations were high but we were a little disappointed in the end. Arrived on time but still had to wait about 10min to get seated to a basically empty restaurant - lovely staff but not the most efficient at managing takeaways. The food quality was very average, we didn’t experience the so promised fresh flavours in the sashimi for example nor was the ebi / prawn tempura fried in a truly Japanese fashion. It is really on of the best sushi in Lyon! The prices are about as much as any other sushi restaurant but here the ingredients are fresh and the quality is superior. The salmon simply melted in my mouth and the sushi did not fall appart as soon as I touched it. For the first time we struggled to finish our sushi because they were quite filling. The restaurant has an authentic and cosy atmosphere and the server was extremely polite ! 100%...

They made space for our family even though we didn’t have a reservation. We had been turned away by two other restaurants. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed. I would suggest reservations. A lot of the restaurants are small in the area. They also have take away if you want to take it home. Lovely...
