A rather small, cozy and healthy restaurant with a friendly vibe. All in all this was my favourite place to eat in Paris and I would love to come here again. The food is so great and rather simple but has high quality, you can choose between a prepackaged salad or something warm you can take yourself from the buffet (today there were 10 different things you could put on your plate). The plate then gets weighed and you pay depending on how much it is. I had some quinoa, bulgur, different vegetables (which were my favourite) and chicken. The warm food was cooked and seasoned so well and everything they offer also is pretty healthy. They have desserts and cakes but we didn't try any of them. However, we also had a salad (the Falafel one) which tasted great and fresh, you could definitely eat one as a meal on it's own. The only thing that bothered me was that the salad and the desserts are prepackaged in plastic (partly or completely). It would be so awesome if there was like a salad bar to avoid some of the packaging and plastic waste but I definitely understand that it can be easier to prepare the whole meal, especially when a customer wants to take the meal with them. Nevertheless I hope that if possible they try to use less plastic, that would be great! The prices for the portion sizes are pretty good, this actually was a pretty cheap meals compared to all the places we went to (even non bio ones) and I was really full after eating there. Also lastly, the staff was very polite and nice and was able to talk English with us.

Clean eating :) supporting the local so you feel better not munching carbon. Buffet selection, there's something for everyone. Not entirely vegan/vegetarian as there was scrambled egg with salmon, not to worry however as there is tofu.. quinoa, ratatouille, We all loved the spinach lasagna - so moist and tasty Im drooling just thinking of it. Smoothies are also worth the try.. from detox smoothies to lassie and even coffee frappe. Ample to choose from and variety to devour. Suitable for family, children, fussy eaters - adult and kids. Staff are super gentle and friendly. They seemed so organic too :) Definately worth to bite the apple here :) Go visit and tell me about it!

I'm writing as I am eating this glorious salad so I don't forget. It's the salad du moment.m fresh greens, a bit of quinoa, some shredded cabbage and carrots either slightly pickled or well marinated. There are some perfectly roasted carrots, a generous dollop of ricotta (maybe a mild farmers cheese), half a roasted cinnamon sprinkled apple and I choose the tofu balls as my protein and wow...crisp outside, inside it's almost creamy, perfectly spiced with a bit of sweetness. I could eat this every day. The citronaide, unsweetened, with a hint of mint is divine as well. The staff seem kind and helpful. I can't wait to come back.
