AVOID!! I came here and ordered the steak and asked for it to be medium rare and what I got was a well-done disaster - completely overcooked, dry and inedible. When I told them it wasn’t what I ordered and that I couldn’t eat it because it was so tough, they flat out refused to correct it or take it off the bill! To make matters worse the staff all came flocking in at once and started arguing and shouting saying I nibbled at the salad and chips and therefore had the food. Being so rude and dismissive aside, a member of staff had the audacity to come and whip the plate off the table and mock me saying ‘ How was your food? Did you enjoy the salad and chips?’ With the biggest smirk on his face. This place offers no basic customer service, the food was absolutely terrible. Drinks were horrible too - the bar could not make a decent drink. The place does not care for its customers or food. If you value your money and dignity, avoid this place...

Don't believe any of the local guide reviews. They are falsely promoting this restaurant. My husband and I went for dinner this evening and the service was absolutely awful. Long wait times for food, no care or attention to paying customers and the food is not worth the wait. We were waiting for almost an hour and observing the staff mingling with their friends while at least 8 dishes were sitting on the counter waiting to be served. They even put old bread back into the bread basket to be reserved again. When the food finally arrived, it was extremely disappointing, bland and tasteless.
