Worst Customer service I had ever. I purchased an TEFAL tea maker 2 days ago at DARTY Forum des Halles. Opened the box with the intention of having a nice cup of tea. ON THE BOX of TEFAL tea maker it is written, w/ 5 different temperatures 70/80/90..., and it KEEPS 30 minutes warm. However, when the water comes to the adjusted temperature - let's say70 degrees C - the thermostat stopes the heater.. Fine... But, after couple of minutes when the water gets colder, it does not start heating back again. So, it does NOT KEEP warm as mentioned on the box. As a result, I never got a cup of tea even after 1 hour of effort. So I brought the gadget back to the store. The guy on the counter started literally interrogating me. Finally, he put some water in the tea maker and tried to show me that it was heating. I said OK it is heating once, but not keeping warm, nor re-heating the water , like my other tea maker I purchased earlier from some other brand. He insisted that it was heating.. What is the difference between a kettle and a tea maker? Afterwards he called his supervisor, and his supervisor called his supervisor. They kept saying that it is heating! Whatever I tried to explain, TEFAL is not keeping it warm either because maybe it is broken or it is not re-heating when it gets colder ! (Although on the TEFAL box it say it keeps warm).... Then, they said that I already opened the box ! I said, how am I to know that the gadget is mall-functioning / or broken without opening the box and using? Then stay started reading the users manual, ( which is inside the box, that you can not reach without opening the box! ) And started telling me , that it is not mentioning it is not re-heating! HahAhaHAHAHAH. Comedy. In fact a pity. After treating me like a liar and cheater 40 minutes they said they will send it to their technical department, and if the guys would say it is not heating (!) (hahahah again) they would give a new one. Whereas I need a refund, because I already told them that I have purchased yesterday a Koenig Ti700 instead. Finally, they entered a claim in their computer system, and said I would receive a reply by e-mail. They never asked for my e-mail. (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHHAHAHHA enough !!! ) . Going for shopping to DARTY again...? I dont think so. What a disappointment. Buying from my trusted TEFAL brand again ? I doubt. Meanwhile, my special thanks to the nice guy Denis at the store who tried to translate between english to french patiently.
By the way, in case the TEFAL tea maker is really working this way, and not re-heating for the certain time period when water gets cold... It becomes just a regular kettle tea pot inside. Why do you pay your engineers and industrial designers? This is waste of metal, glass and cables. Another waste for the world. No best...

Last month, I bought a new vacuum in this store with a product insurance. When I took out the vacuum from the box at the âfirst timeâ, I found that there was no brush of vacuum in the ânewâ product box. Therefore, I asked the store to give me refund.
However, problem occurred here. The store gave me back only âvacuum valueâ, which did not include insurance fee, even though this problem was the storeâs problem, not my problem.
Do you always benefit from this kind of business? Do you sell the product without essential parts of product intentionally? Then, do you make costumers ask you refund and give a refund only for the products value to customer even if the customer bought an insurance? If the problem is completely, exactly and undoubtedly your mistake and problem, you should give me money back for not only the vacuum price but also insurance fee because I cannot avoid this problem without your effort.
I hope you give me back full price (product price and insurance fee) and you do not bother me more. Otherwise, this...

Si vous trouvez un autre modĂšle sur internet et leur demandez de le commander, c'est le dĂ©bbut de vos problĂšmes... J'ai une cuisine intĂ©grĂ©e montĂ©e en 2012 par un cuisiniste indĂ©pendant. RĂ©cemment mon combi rĂ©frigĂ©rateur tombe en panne dans la partie congĂ©lo et le frigo montrait des signes de faiblesse. Mon cuisiniste ne veut pas entendre parler du problĂšme (sic) = je vais d'abord chez Darty Madeleine qui, en me proposant un modĂšle, finit par me dire : -"soit notre technicien dĂ©monte vos portes en bois avant d'enlever l'ancien frigo, soit il les remonte aprĂšs avoir installĂ© le nouveau mais il ne fait pas les deux !!!" En plus, chez moi, on passe les gros meubles par la fenĂȘtre extĂ©rieure en faisant appel Ă une nacelle. Autant Darty que Boulanger vous proposent un presta qui va faire le travail, d'ailleurs c'est le mĂȘme presta mais il coute plus cher pour Darty !? Il est utile que les livreurs et le nacelle-man arrivent au mĂȘme moment chez moi, ça complique les choses... . Je vais chez Boulanger Madeleine qui me promet un service "clef en main" mais sans dĂ©lai prĂ©cis car les approvisionnements ne se font pas (cause guerre en Ukraine). Puis me laisse tomber et refuse de rĂ©pondre Ă mes messages (sans parler de leur service client par What's App = une sombre mascarade); Je vais chez Boulanger BHV, capable de me vendre un frigo qui n'est pas Ă la bonne taille en m'assurant que tout va rentrer dans la niche. Heureusement, ils m'ont remboursĂ© sur simple demande. Pour info, si l'electro-mĂ©nager que vous changez dans une cuisine intĂ©grĂ©e n'est pas de la bonne taille, vous devrez refaire faire les portes dĂ©coratives !!! Je retourne chez Darty Les Halles et tombe heureusement sur un vendeur expert. Seul hic : il me confirme la nacelle (j'avais apportĂ© des photos de mes escaliers avec toutes les cĂŽtes prĂ©cises), alors que les techniciens qui viendront me livrer me certifieront le jour J que mon escalier est suffisamment grand pour y faire passer le combi et qu'ils ont fait bien pire que chez moi sans nacelle !! Je prĂ©cise que j'ai trouvĂ© un bricoleur sur Yoojo qui est venu dĂ©monter mes portes en bois et a mĂȘme retirĂ© l'ancien frigo, puisque Darty ne voulait pas faire 2 services dĂ©montage-montage des portes dĂ©coratives, meme si je payais une deuxiĂšme fois la prestation montage.. Au final (hormis le paiement d'un supplĂ©ment de 10⏠pour crĂ©neau horaire prĂ©cis pas du tout respectĂ©, que Darty m'a remboursĂ© sous forme de bon d'achat), installation de mon nouveau frigo par des techniciens trĂšs pros et efficaces. Je suis trĂšs content du service final grĂące aux livreurs. Dommage que les vendeurs ne les contactent pas plus pour savoir comment ils bossent (et mieux encore, les accompagnent une fois chez le client), cela amĂ©liorerait la qualitĂ© de la...
