I recently had the pleasure of dining at Alétinetine, and it was an absolute delight! The place has the nicest staff and ambiance, from the moment you step in, you feel at home. It's authentic yet modern - the perfect spot for an evening with friends or family. Casual or celebratory!

The first dish I tried was the Mr. & Mrs Smith Fried Tofu, and it was a fantastic way to start the meal - the accompanying sauce was just perfect! Then, I tried the Wontons with Sesame and Peanut Sauce, and they were absolutely delicious. The wontons were perfectly cooked, and the sauce had a beautiful nutty flavor that complemented the dish perfectly.

For my main course, I ordered the Tossed Noodles with Sesame Sauce and Fried Chicken, and it was definitely the highlight of the meal. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the sesame sauce was rich and flavorful, adding depth to the dish. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, providing the perfect contrast in texture.

If you're vegetarian, you'll have a few dishes to choose from! My friend went for the noodle soup with tofu & eggplant, perfectly spiced and so yummy!

Truly the best sesame noodles you can get in Paris. Imagine Tran Tran Zai or 3/5 fois plus de piment but with the most delicious sesame sauce and melt-in-your-mouth chashu. Spice level from 0-3 (would suggest you to order 1/2 and ask for extra chili on the side). Tried their nouilles sèches à la sauce sésame + tranche de chashu, and nouilles instantanées sautées à la sauce soja. Oh and their wonton with sesame sauce is also a must-try! For the dessert, opt for their Pandan tart with black sesame ice cream - to die for. Or their leche frita (fried milk pudding) with ginger ice cream - truly unique flavor and texture combination. I had a delightful dining experience at Aletinetine! The fried chicken was absolutely delicious, perfectly crispy and full of flavor. The noodles were equally impressive, with the option to adjust the spice level, a great touch for those who like their meals tailored to their taste. Even the vegetarian noodles were just as satisfying, which is not always easy to find.

The service was quick and efficient. The host was warm, welcoming. Despite the place being fully booked, the atmosphere remained chill and relaxed, with no excessive noise, making it perfect for enjoying good food and conversation.
