Arbane Cocktail Bar — Restaurant in Paris

First things first: the bar is 200% recommended! When we popped in on a Saturday evening, the bar was full. But the boss (?) looked after us straight away and explained to us how long it would be before he could offer us a seat. While we were waiting, we already ordered, but unfortunately I didn't like the proposed gin drink at all. He came over on his own initiative and asked if I was happy, which I unfortunately had to deny. He suggested something else, which I liked much better and we enjoyed the intimate atmosphere to the full. When we left, only one of two drinks was charged. Amazing!! After a 2 week vacation completely drenched in wine, this place was exactly what we needed on our last night in Paris. We were able to stop in early while the place was quiet, and Jean-Michele and Lucy provided the friendliest service we found during our stay in the city. The drinks were PHENOMENAL. Creative and complex and beautifully presented. I especially enjoyed the Jarnac Blossom, and I foresee spending a lot of time in my kitchen trying to recreate this alchemy. Absolutely thrilled with my experience at this venue! I celebrated my birthday party here and was utterly delighted by the entire experience.
