Giving one star, here's the reason:

I went to this place in December 2021 with a friend and we ordered, the waiter made a mistake and and brought to table something different (NORMAL, a human mistake).

I would have eaten the food if they were kind, even if it wasn't what I ordered...but there was a very rude lady who instead of offering apologies tried to fight with us and tell us it was OUR mistake...you're kidding me??...at the end they gave us the right food but the worst thing hasn't arrived yet.

When we payed, we requested to split the bill into two payments and the man who seemed to be the manager asked if I didn't have money enough to pay all the bill by myself...what is that?? A joke?? Or any kind of French insult??...that's none of your business.

This place has a lot to learn about customer service, food is good, place us good, but treating people like that is...

We visited on a rainy day, hoping to enjoy some coffee and dessert. However, our experience was marred by the seating arrangement. Despite the cafe being nearly empty, we were seated outside next to a smoker. We politely asked to be seated at another table, given the numerous empty tables available, but our request was refused. When we asked to move inside due to the cold and our discomfort with the smoker's proximity, the waiter refused again, citing that we were only ordering coffee and pastries. With the cafe being so empty, it seemed unreasonable to be treated this way. Ultimately, we left due to the waiter's rudeness and...

My husband and I came here on the first night of our honeymoon. We are leaving so utterly disappointed and honestly wishing we would have chosen Five Guys or Burger King over this place. The service was basically non-existent — drinks were never refilled and food took ages upon ages to come out. When we finally got our food, my husband’s order was completely wrong and my pizza was covered in disgusting iceberg lettuce instead of the as-advertised arugula.
