Une cuisine traditionnelle, avec de belles portions, des beaux produits frais, une carte de vins qui offre quelques bons petits producteurs (très bon Sancerre par exemple) à un coefficient très raisonnable, Le Turbot un chouia trop cuit et la joue de boeuf serait mieux avec des petits légumes (plus léger) qu'une purée, mais très bien quand même. Mais in fine, Entrée + plat + un dessert pour deux, un café, un demi de Sancerre et un verre de vin en plus, 60 Euros/p, cela les vaut largement, surtout si l'on compare aux addresses à la mode de Paris, chères (toujours), mauvaises ou médiocres (souvent). A 5 kms de magnifique chateau de Chantilly!
