Slow and Unwelcoming Service

I was disappointed with my experience at Bleu Coupole. Despite having a reservation, we were not welcomed warmly and the service was rude, inattentive, and slow. The server even informed us that they don't take reservations through Google in the first place, which left me confused.

The ambiance of the place was decent, with its modern decor and cozy seating arrangements, but unfortunately, the service overshadowed any positive aspects of the restaurant.

As for the food, it was average at best. Although the presentation was nice, the taste didn't quite live up to my expectations.

The only unique feature of Bleu Coupole that stood out to me was the ambiance, but unfortunately, the poor service detracted from any positive aspects of the place.

To improve, the staff should be better trained in customer service and hospitality. They should make it clear how reservations can be made and ensure that they provide a warm welcome to all their guests.

I would not recommend Bleu Coupole to others based on my experience, but I do hope that the owners take note of the constructive feedback and make necessary improvements to attract...

Yesterday, I had a delightful visit to the restaurant with my 3-year-old daughter and two sisters who came to visit France around 12:30 pm. We all had a fantastic time and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. A special shout-out to the attentive and professional server, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, but whose friendly face and great voice will stay with me. 5 stars for the beauty of the dome, the very calm spot in mid-afternoon and fine service. In a city filled with world class desserts the offerings here are such a disappointment, especially given the standards of shopping at Au Printemps. Additionally, I had a tea called "pretty good breakfast." The name turns out to be accurate - the tea flavor was only "pretty good."
