The food was good, though not exceptional — the risotto, unfortunately, was served cold and lacked flavor. On the bright side, the bruschetta was absolutely delicious, and the selection of sliced cheeses and cold cuts was of high quality, even if it took a while for the dishes to be replenished.

One can’t help but notice the difference in hospitality: the Italian staff were significantly warmer and more welcoming than their French counterparts — and yes, it’s quite noticeable! Avoid. The welcome was awful (we didn't have a reservation and the reaction was more or less how dare you arrive without a reservation), the waiters are not great (clumsy, lack experience, not helpful), took a starter of a mixed Italian cheese/meats board and it was very disappointing as there were only 2 tiny morsels of Parmesan and the quality of the charcuterie was not great, my friend and I then took two pasta dishes and they were no better than what you could make at home. I went there with a friend on Mother's Day. I don't know if it's because of the occasion or it's always like this during wkd, we have to wait half an hour between each dish (including between coffee and fromage !!) And almost all dishes are raw food (ham, salads, fromage, drink ect) which means there wasn't that many preparations to do.
