The food was good, though not exceptional — the risotto, unfortunately, was served cold and lacked flavor. On the bright side, the bruschetta was absolutely delicious, and the selection of sliced cheeses and cold cuts was of high quality, even if it took a while for the dishes to be replenished.

And almost all dishes are raw food (ham, salads, fromage, drink ect) which means there wasn't that many preparations to do.
