Highly recommend! The VERY BEST croissants and cheese bread we had in Paris! We were staying at our first of 3 Paris hotels - Hotel Bachaumont and were on the hunt for great croissants and baguettes. Their baguettes were very good but we (subjectively) still prefer Boulangerie Joseph's Parisienne baguette. *Tip: Try to get there early when the croissants and cheese bread are still warm! Most of the other items we tried were also good. A great big thanks to the other reviewers for mentioning the great croissant and cheese bread - which spurred us to give this boulangerie a try. Photos are from the 2nd visit. We finished our goodies before we got back to the hotel the 1st visit. We said to ourselves as we were stuffing our faces that 1st time: Wow! We now know what great...

I had to edit my review. What I originally wrote was “fire croissant,” but that falls below my standards for writing reviews nowadays. I came to Paris a year ago with my now ex girlfriend. We stayed at an Airbnb local to this bakery, and every morning I would come and buy pastries and bring them back to eat breakfast together. There was never a doubt of what we would eat for breakfast, I would wake up and get a croissant and a pain au chocolat to bring to her while she awoke. After the breakup, it was difficult to go places we had been before or do things we had done before. I fought through those emotions just to come back to this bakery and eat their croissant and pain au raisin. So I’m not saying it’s so good it’ll cure your trauma, but I’d definitely check it out if you’re...

Edit: Repeat visits and the bread is seriously some of the best stuff in Paris! Try their classic Pain du Nil. Crunchy on the outside, soft and a tiny chew in the inside.

Excellent croissants and bread. Straight shaped, buttery, nice crunch on the outside, with flakey layers on the inside. A seriously delightful treat for your mouth and maybe a shock for your heart :)

It's part of the family of the Terroir Dávenir stores (butcher, veggies, wine bar, fish). This one is at the end of the block, a heavenly yellow corner. You should be able to follow the smell of fresh baked goods.

Along with fresh breads, they have sweet delights to take away. I enjoy their flan and...
