Bozen Iéna — Restaurant in Paris

The food was ok but the service not so good. They placed incorrect orders for us and expected us to pay for that. They were defensive, blamed it on the us and tried to charge us for it even though we had agreed that they wouldn't. They didn't take their time to listen to us and answer our questions despite there not being many customers. They didn't let us know that the entire menu wasn't available in the evening. We were ten people in our company and asked for four bottles of water, but only received one after reminding them. I generally love Bozen as I used to go to the one in Boulogne. I visited the Iena for the first time but have been lukewarm about the experience. No airconditioning during a heatwave, I spent 30min without anyone coming to take my order and I had to ask for water 5-6 times before I was served, and it took a lot of time before I received my order. This is the best restaurant with sushi in Paris. You can find there a big choice of classic sushi and very tasty signature rolls. The salmon miso tastes like heaven, it comes with very delicate vegetables and heavenly sauce. The service is very quick, which is also a rare thing in Paris.
