Since arrival the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Everyone at the hotel George V do all they can possible to make the clients stay absolutely perfect. This was my first time in Paris and George the V was honestly one of the best parts of my trip.
When we entered the hotel from a long flight, the staff was so welcoming. Maxence was so kind, warm, and welcoming. He took us and gave us a tour of the hotel room and the restaurants, and gave us all the info we needed. He took his time and explained everything to us. Once we entered the room (in addition they were able to give us a early check in, and kind enough to give us a complimentary upgrade which was amazing!!) our room was full of welcome gifts including many sweet treats (my favorite macaroons) and a chocolate Eiffel tower, and a personal welcome note. This set the tone as the beginning of best stay ever .
In addition, all the supplies needed were ready for us in the luxurious bathroom( luxurious body lotion, shampoo, dental kits etc), we never needed to call for anything we may have forgotten because it was already supplied for us.
The restaurants at George the V are some of the best (as by its Michelin stars), and also I had the bed and breakfast package which was well worth it. The convenience of having restaurants in the hotel is a major plus for us, the staff of the restaurants were very attentive and kind, and the cuisine was stellar. We also did in room dining for a few breakfasts because it was convenient as we did tours every day, and the choices for food and presentation of the table full of breakfast treats was superb. The staff that attended to us in the room were very professional and caring.
In addition the ambiance and beauty of the hotel including the gorgeous flower displays only added magnificence to our beautiful stay. Our rooms were more than perfect. The room service which included staff Augustin, Mariana (housekeeping) were kind and helped us so much. In addition, at one point we needed the temperature increased slightly as I am sensitive to air condition, and it was taken care of in a matter of minutes. Every day when we came back home, our room was made spotless by housekeeping. We also were supplied with ample drinking water and fresh fruit daily, and sometimes extra treats were left on our return from our long tour. Probably the best and most attentive house keeping I have ever experienced in a hotel (and I have traveled and stayed in many for work).
Last but not least I want to thank the staff for making our trip the best possible. The staff really do make the hotel perfect and their friendliness and kindness made a huge impact. I want to thank the staff- Maxence, Mariana(housekeeping), Soraya, the two lovely ladies named Madelin ( in dining and at concierge), Stella (dining), Mehdi, Augustin and all other staff who made us feel like this was our home. Staff at the front desk and concierge and staff right outside at the hotels footsteps, genuinely asked us how we were and asked us about how our trip was going. Their warmth always made us feel as if we were right at home. That meant the world to us, and because of them I hope to return to Paris and George the V. First time in France from the USA, and it would not have been the same without this hotel. I really needed this vacation and feel so blessed to have been able to experience George the V I am so grateful and thank...

Our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Every detail, from the beautifully appointed rooms to the thoughtful touches that awaited us each day after exploring the city, made the experience truly special.
The hotel itself is stunning. The design, the location, and the ambiance all reflect the very best of Parisian elegance. Each morning began with a delightful breakfast, and each evening ended perfectly with live music and cocktails at the bar or unforgettable dinners at one of the hotel’s exceptional restaurants.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the people. From the front desk and concierge team (who could solve anything) to the staff in the restaurants and bars, every person we encountered delivered service with genuine warmth and care.
As strange as it may sound, for us, 70% of our Paris experience happened at this hotel. Most of our memories and conversations from the trip revolve around something that happened within its walls. And that's saying a lot, coming from a couple who loves museums, adventures, landscapes, and gastronomy.
To give a bit of context: this trip began as a road trip starting in Nice, then continued through Cannes, Aix-en-Provence, Tain-l'Hermitage, Aix-les-Bains, Geneva, Annecy, Beaune, Dijon, and finally Paris. And yet, this hotel became the highlight, a place we’ll always carry with us.
We will always remember this stay with deep gratitude, and without question, we will return.
A special mention goes to: Marion, who surprised us with a beautiful box in our room, filled with symbolic details from each city we had visited, an unforgettable touch.
Maria from Concierge and her team, who could make anything happen. After casually asking about where to find an extra bag for our children’s toys, we came back that evening to find the perfect bag waiting in our room.
And the wonderful team at Le Bar/Le Galerie, who always greeted us with smiles, remembered our journey day by day, and stopped us just to ask how it was going —with a warmth that never felt scripted.
As for Le Cinq, the 3-Michelin-star restaurant… that deserves a separate review entirely. Because so far, it has been the most extraordinary dining experience we’ve ever had —from the cuisine to the service, surprises, and ambiance. Absolutely unforgettable.
We will always remember this stay with deep gratitude, and without question, we will return.
It almost feels strange to say, but we would return to Paris just to relive what we experienced at this hotel, that’s how...
