Hotel Bassano — Hotel in Paris

We were able to leave the bags at the hotel since our flight got in earlier. Check in was a breeze. Madeleine was very helpful and efficient.

When we went back, she gave us room keys and said our bags are inside our room. When we came in there was a different family in the room (we were given the keys to someone else’s room).

The experience made me paranoid whenever I hear someone opening their doors. I felt like any moment someone can open our door. (The hotel’s sound proofing needs a lot of improvement)

1st night our plugs stopped working and the night shift person didn’t know what to do, transferred us to a temporary room. But the room was so hot. (Considering it was freezing outside. We couldn’t leave the window opened since we were transferred in teh first floor and I was afraid someone will just get inside the room.) he said we can leave all our stuff in the room and someone will come fix it tomorrow. We ended up sleeping at 3am.

The next day we were given a different room, had to transfer our things in a hurry since we have a tour we needed to go to. The room was much bigger and much nicer.

2nd night, in the newer and nicer room. Woke up at 4am with some kind of construction sounds on the floor above us. So not a good night sleep again.

Vueling change our flights on us so instead of staying another night in Paris we had to leave on that day. Hotel Bassano worked with us with our flight changes.

I’m grateful for the people working there but the hotel can use some soundproofing. It’s a good location for good restaurants and shopping at...

Good value for money hotel in Paris. In general price of hotel in Paris is expensive and this hotel is also not cheep. However this hotel is located in the middle between L'arc de triomphe de l'Étoil and Eiffel tower. You can reach each of both within 10 to 15 min by walking. This is really big benefit, you can enjoy night life until whenever you want thanks to the good location of the hotel. As a result you can save money for the taxi or other transportations.

The room is clean. Shower room is renovated and toilet is also really clean. Staffs are friendly. They have bar on the ground floor and you can enjoy some coffee, tea and juice for free.

Parking space is 29 euros per day and you need to reserve in advance. The parking space is not that bad although it is narrow and small but it is better than...

We had a lovely 7 night stay at Hotel Bassano in the heart of Paris in September 2024. We had 2 rooms (joined) on the second floor as we were travelling with our 2 teenage sons. The staff were all very helpful and friendly 9especially the lovely Madeline on front desk), the rooms were big (by central Paris standards), immaculately clean (hats off to housekeeping), and they were well appointed with showers and bath tubs. To top it off, the location was excellent. I would happily stay here again as it gave us a central base with great access to all the wonderful things Paris has to offer, including excellent food, drink and shopping on the doorstep of this hotel.
