Cute boutique hotel hidden away from the main street. The rooms were bright and decorated and designed very tastefully. Rooms were always cleaned perfectly each day.
Stayed in a superior room with a smartly designed closet that allows plenty of storage space. Included a Nespresso coffee machine with 4 pods provided and replaced each day. Two free (sparkling and flat)water bottles were replenished each day. A mini fridge was stocked with juice. There was a safe also provide as part of the closet.
Bed comfort is always subjective to each owns firmness likes; for me it was a bit too firm but the sheets and pillow made up for it as they were super comfortable and luxurious feeling. The head board design is so beautiful with built in USB charging ports.
My room had a nice desk as well which was adjacent to beautiful windows that opened to the outside. Room temperature was always perfect - never too hot or cold (note that this visit was in April).
Bathroom had a standing shower with decent water pressure. Wish the hot water was a bit more hot but it was doable. Blow dryer available. Unique tile and great use of space; never felt crowded in the restroom. As most bathroom vanities in Paris, this one was compact but manageable as there was room underneath to store items if needed.
Wifi was strong throughout the building. Never had any issues connecting. :-)
I visited this hotel the first week in April 2023 at that time they had a few things to work out and improve on. There was no iron or steam machine available. When I asked the front desk about it they mentioned they didn't know where the irons were at; no other option was given nor any follow up provided. Service staff is very green in the bar/restaurant area so be patient with them. Did not try breakfast but read its a good one. Cappuccino and croissant are definitely worth a try here. FYI their "fitness" room is still under construction. Access to the building at night is only with your room key.
Neighborhood is pretty quiet for the most part. There's two restaurants at the end of the street, a few pharmacies scattered around, and a Pret A Manager store near by. The main Champs-Élysées avenue with all the fashion shops and restaurants is an easy 10 minute walk.
I would definitely stay at this...
Read moreWe had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently for a week. It was difficult to find a highly-rated hotel in central Paris that would accomodate a family of 5 comfortably with a single suite or interconnecting rooms. Padam opened this year, so it is a very modern looking hotel with many modern conveniences. We stayed in the 2xKing plus Sofa Bed interconnecting suite with balcony (multiple balconies actually). Beds and sheets were comfortable. The bathroom in the larger of the two rooms was exceedingly well equipped with a large bath tub and terrific shower. The bathroom in the smaller room was tiny by comparison. Plenty of closet space, but not a lot of space to walk around, as you'd expect anyway in Paris hotels.
The staff was very friendly and always available. Everything in the rooms was kept quite clean, though there were some clear marks of wear and tear that were surprising given how new the hotel is (things that could have been fixed easily by maintenance like loose hardware or chipped paint). There were some small flies in our room the first night, likely because the previous tenants had used the balcony to eat. They didn't come back, so it wasn't an issue. The included items in the minibar and fresh pastries on arrival were nice touches; decent coffee and tea are provided in the room. My only complaint was that the carpet between our interconnecting rooms and in the elevator did not seem to get regular cleaning.
We opted for an included breakfast, which was definitely a great decision as it was a reasonable price and very good (excellent pastries and breads, scrambled eggs, meats, cheeses, juices, many fresh fruits, yogurts, hot chocolate, made-to-order coffee and eggs, and more). We ate at the restaurant (Edith) for dinner one night and it was a good choice, though a little pricey.
There were two metro stations nearby, one of which had the RER (very convenient for travel to Disneyland). However, we ended up walking to most places, and the hotel was not very central for this - though it was certainly doable, often it took 25-40 minutes. The street the hotel is on is clean and quiet and there are many active streets with lots of stores and...

Room: 5/5 Excellent. The Junior Suite with Balcony is absolutely massive! It is 36 m² (388 ft²) which for a local resident is the size of a decent apartment. There is a king-size bed and a convertible sofa-bed which could be a perfect option for a family of four or a small group of friends. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. I especially loved the marble walls. The balcony was so enjoyable especially with a breeze at the 5th floor.
Service: 5/5 Excellent. The receptionists Valentin and James were both polite, professional, and friendly. The servers in the trendy hotel restaurant were attentive and helpful.
Ambiance: 5/5 Excellent. You can definitely tell this is a luxury 4-star boutique hotel. It oozes 1920s refinement with modern touches to prevent it feeling like an outdated nostalgia. The lobby has nice wooden paneling, white stone floors, and green onyx tabletops. There are only 34 rooms in the hotel, so it feels cozier and more intimate than a large American megacomplex hotel. I prefer any day quality over quantity.
Cleanliness: 4/5 Very Good. Paris 16 (16th Arrondissement) is normally a clean area of Paris because it is the most fashionable and exclusive district. However, I visited during the most serious trash strike in ages, therefore there were literally mountains of trash in some areas. PADAM did not have trash in front of it and maintained a clean entryway and spotless interiors. I understand that a trash strike is beyond the hotel’s circle of control, hence I did not downgrade them too harshly. I was told this strike was a rare freak event that impacted everyone in Paris.
Value: 5/5 Excellent. The location is impeccable at a 7-minute walk to the Avenue des Champs-Élysées and a 12-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. I had a bathrobe and slippers to use, a complementary mini-bar, and a Turkish steam room to experience. Completely luxurious.
Overall: 4.8/5 Excellent. I felt like royalty while visiting. I would...
