By far one of the best restaurants in Paris! The food is exquisite, lovely and very welcoming service, the sommelier has impeccable knowledge about the best wine for your meal. I had the « Filet de bƓuf Simmental maturĂ© 30 jours, sauce au poivre et frites de pomme de terre » it was INCREDIBLE ! The meat and its sauce đŸ«  I recommend this one 100% 
 for the starters, we had « ƒuf Mayo   » and « CĂšpes 
 with a persillade » I would’ve ordered more of it! Delicious. The homemade mayo is so tasty (try dipping your fries in it 😍). Desserts: we had the « Riz au Lait   » and « Mousse au Chocolat   » you’ll love them! I’ll be going back very often that’s for suuure. I look forward to it already.

 La cuisine est assez bonne. Viande et poissons sont bien cuit au grill et gouteux. L’addition, quand Ă  elle est trĂšs salĂ©e : 377 euros pour 3 personnes soit 126 euros par personne ! Et encore nous avons pris le vin le moins cher de la carte. La carte des vins est INADMISSIBLE . 60 euros le premier prix de bourgogne pour un vin trĂšs ordinaire qui est vendu dans le commerce 7 euros ! Les autres Bourgogne entre 100 et 280 euros et ceux sont loin d’ĂȘtre des grands crus ! Les portions ne sont pas trĂšs gĂ©nĂ©reuses comme apparement d’autres clients l’on remarquĂ© et indiquĂ© dans leur post. Dans la catĂ©gorie des mesquineries diverses et variĂ©e ont trouve Ă©galement les pommes frites vendues en « accompagnement » d’une cote de boeuf au prix de 144 euros ainsi que l’assiette de fromage dont les morceaux sont transparents tellement ils sont coupĂ©s fin. Enfin, nous avons du endurer toute la soirĂ©e une musique techno assez dĂ©sagrĂ©able tellement elle Ă©tait forte et peu adaptĂ©e pour un diner entre 20h et 21h30. Au final, nous sommes loin d’avoir passĂ© un moment inoubliable qui nous donne envie de revenir.

Nous avons commencĂ© la soirĂ©e par une superbe dĂ©couverte : une bouteille de champagne recommandĂ©e par la sommeliĂšre, parfaitement en accord avec nos goĂ»ts (blanc de blancs, 0g de sucre). Il s’agissait du “FidĂšle” de la maison Vouette & SorbĂ©e — une vĂ©ritable pĂ©pite que je recommande vivement. Ce champagne Ă©tait accompagnĂ© d’un dĂ©licieux pĂątĂ© en croĂ»te, revisitĂ© avec talent par le chef et sa brigade. Nous avons ensuite poursuivi avec une cĂŽte de bƓuf Galice maturĂ©e 40 jrs, accompagnĂ©e d’un condiment os Ă  moelle. Un pur bonheur pour les papilles, avec des saveurs profondes et parfaitement maĂźtrisĂ©es. Le tout sublimĂ© par un excellent CĂŽte-RĂŽtie, encore une fois merveilleusement conseillĂ© par la sommeliĂšre. Pour clĂŽturer ce repas mĂ©morable, nous avons dĂ©gustĂ© un fraisier au basilic — une association audacieuse et parfaitement rĂ©ussie. Un immense bravo au chef Sylvain et Ă  toute son Ă©quipe. Nous avons passĂ© une soirĂ©e exceptionnelle, ponctuĂ©e de rires et d’échanges chaleureux autour du bar en fin de service. Merci pour ce beau moment de partage !

If you want a terrible experience; bad service, mediocre food and pay too much I still don’t recommend this restaurant because people don’t deserve that. Worst experience from arrival to departure and not even recognition when I contacted them#michelinremovethem

I have eaten in other Rostang restaurants and have always enjoyed myself but this one is an embarrassment. Not to mention the table beside us had complained about the food as well.

When we arrived there was one table, they welcomed us took our names and turned around for another server to “welcome us” take our name. I mentionned we had a bon Cadeau they said to tell your server, OK.

When the server came he said why didn’t you mention at the door for the bon Cadeau. He asked me to send him by email and he didn’t put the correct address so then they treated us like we weren’t able to pay for the restaurant which was very rude. Once he saw we had accord mets et vins he took the drink menu from us and said you don’t need this. If I would have know they would have served us MAYBE 4cl I would have gotten an aperitive. As well, I had looked around and everyone had atleast 3x the volume in their glass so I don’t understand why paying 50€ each for 4 glasses we would get less.

Then after the 2nd “plat” we had to ask for bread, as well my husband doesn’t eat fish so they had given him the accompaniment of the plat du jour which for me is not an effort more like cost savings and the 3rd plat was broccoli for him. We are for plant forward eating but not cold.

Now we are at the dessert and are waiting for our 4th“glass” of wine and they forgot! Without excusing themselves the “sommelier” made us gin and toniques! My husband doesn’t drink white spirits and they didn’t ask us if we liked or wanted it. 2. It doesn’t pair with chocolate and made my stomach hurt after thank you.

We come to the end of our experience; the first server comes back and asks to email the bon Cadeau again, I comply and he says this is directions fault but his problem if he doesn’t receive the bon Cadeau all with this arms crossed I find him very ignorant and shouldn’t speak like this in front of clients. Then we receive the bill and he says “vous avez tout simplement 8€ à payer.” Actually we had paid 250€ for this so nothing is tout simplement merci.

Quite disappointed to be honest. Braise (embers in english) was to me the promise of slow cooked food with rich smoky flavours. You get in the restaurant, and the smell of charcoal is there (and it's nice!) Sitting is a bit tight and you're close to your neighbours but that's alright. Waiters are nice and relaxed. In the menu, the most interesting dishes are the starters. They are quite nice (my wife took 3). Expect about 20 euros per starter. Mains are a bit more expensive (40) but in the plate felt a bit uninspired. Lack of smoky flavour, dry chicken. We did not try the outstanding pieces of meat but at 17euros per 100 g of cîte de bƓuf, that's quite expensive. I also wish the waiters would have enticed us to take some sides. The desserts were 1-1: my wife's chocolate dessert was nice, the peach one I took lacked taste. The peach looked chargrilled but did not taste as such. I found the wine list expensive for what they were and wines by the glass were very limited in choice. All in all, was expecting a fair bit from the place but it fell very short: a bit like the appetizers: some potatoes and mackerel served over charcoal: potatoes were dry and bland,...

Such a shame that the bad service overshadows the otherwise amazing culinary experience.

Reserved for 5 people, pre-ordered the 4 course menu, just to find out it's not available. Why don't you call or text before? You had my details with the booking.

No aperitif offered, no Cocktails available besides GnT? Came at 7PM and the staff was so not happy to serve us, which we clearly felt. We had to ask 3 times for the sommelier just to have her come over chewing gum and asking what we want.

Food orders were mixed up, how can that be with literally one table to serve and 3 people having fish, 2 people having steak. Impressive to get it wrong.

I'd come back of you rethink your service concept. For now you can kiss a potential star rating goodbye.
