Came to paris on a short trip with my girlfriend, on are first night we came here. It was nothing short of amazing. As a somone in the food industry my self the price was amazing, and the food was brilliant, the best peppercorn sauce i have ever tasted, my girlfriend said her pasta was miles above from the other places we have been (little italy). Are waiter was an older gentleman who served us with class and the up most professionalism. Read moreGreat place. We found it staying in Paris just next door (hotel Darcet - another place to recommend) and we visited La Moncey every day. Very friendly and helpful crew speaking communicative English. The place is not overpriced regardless of fantastic location. They have good beer, cocktails and wines. And the food! We had french breakfasts, snails, frog legs (those french delicacies are not necessarily my taste), steak, burgers, omlettes and onion soup.
