Café Nuances - Saint Germain des Prés — Restaurant in Paris

We had: 2 espresso shots , Nicaragua and PeruThe place is for speciality coffee however , the major point is being missed out ! The coffee “could be” good and better if it was 1) served in a proper espresso cup & 2) if the coffee machine was a professional machine 3) serving of espresso should be with a small glass of still / sparkling water or atleast a steering spoon , i am sure the flavors and the notes on the coffees the cafe has are exclusive however it doesnt hit the spot for true espresso drinks .

i wanted to try the cloud matcha because i saw on their social media how creamy and fluffy it looks..spoiler it’s a deception .. all they do is whisk it a bit with the electric whisk to have a bit of foam on the top it’s definitely not the same texture as they advertise on instagram.. they also use only a teeny spoon of matcha so all you taste is the smell of milk 🥲 i’ve tried nuance’s matcha two years before and was disappointed and wanted to try again but my disappointment stays...

Myself and my friend stopped by here a few weeks ago after the gym. The coffee here is really great and perfectly made. The staff here are young and talk to themselves as they are serving you which can appear to be quite rude. There is no indoor seating but there is a seat just beside it for 2 people only.
