Went for dinner, and Ohhh Boy! What a find.

The menu keeps changing. I checked on google the menu before entering but the menu that was presented was different. Limited but very carefully and thoughtfully curated menu. Each dish is packed with such amazing flavours. It’s a delight to your tastebuds as well as eyes. The food and flavour combinations that speaks volumes of an experienced chef and precision

Quantity: 7/10

For the price point, the quantity is slightly less in my opinion. But given that every dish is prepared individually and the chef takes her time to bring out perfection, I totally understand it.

Service & Ambience: 9/10

We were greeted very warmly and I saw no contempt but infact very friendly appreciation for my broken french. The staff is very welcoming and courteous. The just know where is enough in terms of recommendations in food or when to switch from french to english while speaking so I don’t miss out on some details.

Hands down the best restaurant I’ve been to in Paris in a very long time! Everything—from the food and wine to the service and ambiance—was absolutely exceptional.

We opted for the tasting menu with wine pairing, and it exceeded all expectations. Though it’s advertised as a five-course meal, it’s actually six thanks to an amazing amuse-bouche to start. Each dish was not only delicious but also original with different flavors and influences from around the globe.

The chef came out to speak with us at the end of the meal and I was so impressed by his passion and creativity. The service was flawless too—attentive, warm, and professional from beginning to end. It was our last day in a 5 week holiday in Europe. It was also my birthday, and I wanted a special lunch before our long trip back to Australia, departing in the evening. Canope proved an exceptional choice. The food was incredible and our waiter, Arthur, was attentive, charming, and provided excellent advice in both food & wine selection.
