A big fat no! French stereotypical standards at its best. Clearly being able to hear that I didn’t speak more than broken school French, I asked for a glass of house white. The woman then asks: medium or large - I guess medium then (which I know is 250 ml and usually around €10 in most mediocre bars around the 3rd. I checked the menu and most of the glasses were 10 EUR (what a surprise) or less. I then went up to pay and she told me it was 17. I questioned this considering I asked for house white and she just said that house isn’t the cheapest and that I should have made it very clear that I didn’t want the most expensive wine on the menu 🤣🤣 what an absolute joke.
