GREAT restaurant!! A chef recommended this restaurant and it didn't disappoint. We walked in right before 7PM (when they opened) and explained we didn't have a reservation. They sat us right away; we were lucky for walking in when we did. By the time 7PM came along, the restaurant was packed. The food was so good - so memorable - and we would definitely go back. My husband is gluten-free and they let him know what was best. We still talk about the dishes! The waitress was so kind and even offered to charge our phones for us (she over heard us talking about how our phones were dead). Over and beyond!!

Restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere, nice food, but a bit overpriced. From my point of view, the best of Django is the atmosphere and the vibes. The establishment is quite modern and full of young people. Food is fine, but overpriced. I ordered the hummus, beef kofka, Turkish egg and the pasta with prawns. It was nice, but quite average for the price. Service is friendly, but a bit slow. I was some minutes standing at the entrance until realized I was there. However, the waiter that served us was very nice.

Stumbled by this bar / restaurant by chance on my way back from work. Food Ordered bottarga pasta, seabass crudo and a fritto misto. IPA to drink. Everything was excellent here. Small menu so you know the rest of the food would be at a high standard. Service and atmosphere were both exemplary. Despite not drinking cocktails/ spirits during my visit, the bartenders here have an amazing setup, know what they are doing and have an ideally curated selection of spirits to use.

I must say, I’ve been to Paris multiple times, and in general a lot of big cities.

I got Django recommended by a friend telling it was the shit.

But I wasn’t. Such a big disappointment to be honest.

We reserved a table for three beforehand and when we get there, they didn’t have a table for us. Told us a table for four was a table for five, then gave us a table with four seats still but way in the back (which doesn’t matter for us) and then quickly arranged a table for us to sit…

While ordering the waiter, continuously keeps turning away and saying excuse me around 4-5 times, while half way through the order, she just goes to another table, comes back and the hands over the ordering device to another waiter.

Then ask us to repeat our order, but still, when receiving the drinks and food everything is wrong… like???

Our drinks got messed up, so we had to reorder.

The food got messed up so we had to tell them we got the wrong things.

We ask for more bread, they say “sure”, did we see more bread? Nah.

After 35 minutes we had enough and asked for the check. Guess what? The bill is wrong..

They excuse a lot telling us it was overwhelming, which I find odd since there still was some empty tables. I just think, they judge people or something. I was there with my brother and mother expecting a good vibe and ok food.

Food was ok. Drinks meh. Service, hands down worst I’ve tried in Paris, and maybe ever, at least for as long as I can remember.

The third waiter we got, the bill waiter, excused and gave us the drinks for free which was nice.

I hope this doesn’t happen to anybody else.. and if you do eat there be very clear with what you order.

Would not, even if it was my only choice,...

Good location, ambiance and music. But please leave it at that. Serve some good cocktails, wine, charcuterie/cheeses/olives/bread and do not pretend to be a restaurant. We send the most easy dish (pasta with smoked paprika sauce) back because the pasta was too uncooked and the sauce black burned, unfortunately the second helping was no improvement. Same burnt flavour sauce in a second bowl.. The arancini (here one giant rice ball) was made of too uncooked risotto, hardboard like between your teeth).. our sincere feed back upon the waitress compulsory question “ how was the food?” was met with a helpless gaze and answer: “i cannot imagine what has happened?” and after that no remedy was offered, all plates fully charged on the bill. We left disappointed and for the first time felt obliged to share this bad experience. Paris a wonferful city, Rue des Martyrs neighborhood delightful, but this restaurant,...
