EchizenSoba TOGO is one of those places that is slightly off the usual area one goes for Japanese cuisine, but it is one of the best. Specialized in Soba noodles, they offer something that I was seeking out on a very hot and humid summer day, cold soba noodles with lime. Most people are looking for udon or ramen, but soba noodles are equally amazing and sometimes overlooked. What makes soba special for me is that they can also be eaten cold, and when you add refreshing lime slices, this is the perfect thing to have to eat after walking around in the heat and sweating. The food here is very authentic and well prepared and the service is also outstanding and attentive. The ambiance here is also very nice and not too crowded in space. Will for sure come back here to try more of the different ways they serve...

Unfortunately,I won’t visit again.Had a terrible experience.I’d like to give zero star. I ordered a single dish at beginning,later on I asked the staff if I could make it a set as the menu(€18).She said yes!A bit latter she came back to check with me,with a little paper,but this time spoke “in French”.I didn’t understand. In the end,they charged me (€20,€2 extra),and showed me the little paper again,it said €8.If u ordered the set latter,it’s gonna be different price.It’s such a fraud. Moreover,the service is not good neither,keep asking if we need a drink for several times…and the staffs r with a poker face.Food is just alright,not so astonishing considering the...
