FLAT BREAD — Restaurant in Paris

We ended up there by chance after a long drive and I must say, it was such a delightful experience that we ended up returning for a second night From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. The waiter was patient, helpful, and quick to assist with wine and food choices For the food: i would recommend the flatbread with lamb—it was simply fantastiC. I also couldn't get enough of the picanha dish, Finely cut slices, which came with a delicious sauce and a smooth purée that complemented the meat beautifully. The atmosphere is cozy, with dim lighting that creates a warm ambiance around small table for us to gather around. The kitchen was impressively organized and clean. Thank you for making our time in Paris even more enjoyable!!

Attentive and expert service in English, excellent food. We tried the buttnut flatbread and the steak. The flatbread was delicious and creative and the steak was juicy and delicious if a touch more salty than I would prefer. If you’re sentive to salt have the sauce in the side. Potatoes with smoked butter was delicious, too. Save room for the chocolate ganache, served with cacao nib bark. Just fantastic food. It has the homemade feeling because everything is made right in front of you, uses premium ingredient and the innovative mix of flavors from all over the world. The way they cook and season asparagus is the best I have had, and octopus is really flavorful too. It does not have an extensive menu, but the chef put thoughts into everything on it.
