After going on a boat tour, my wife and I were luckily able to eat here before the reservations started coming in. It completed my wife's dream of having a nice dinner near the Eiffel Tower.

When we walked into this fine establishment, we were warmly greeted by Loic, who ended up being our server as well. He kindly asked if we had a reservation. We unfortunately did not, but he made the effort to ask the manager if we had time to eat as a walk in. The manager said we could eat as long as we were out by 18:30 due to booked reservations.

Being in the restaurant industry myself, I know this to be a great opportunity. I was more than willing to oblige for the betterment of service in the restaurant. As clients we sometimes need to be understanding of the needs of the restaurant. Thank you to the manager for giving us this opportunity.

Loic walked us to our table, answered our questions and explained the menu. He spoke very good English as well. He was extremely warm and kind and gave us an incredible dining experience. He was prompt, and provided us with the most efficient service we had received out of all the many restaurants we dined at in all of Europe. Simply put, he was the best. His service was impeccable.

I am grateful to the manager as well who provided the table for us. We dined here on 11/9/2023 around 17:30. Thank you for such a special experience. Keep up the good work! 😀
