The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The waitress was extremely rude as if she was annoyed she had to serve us or anyone else for that matter. Not profesional or polite at all. Regarding the food, we asked for two Entrecôte which were honestly really bad, expensive and not even cooked properly. We also ordered a Burger and a Octupus Carpaccio to be served as a main and with the rest of the food since one of us wasn't all that hungry but still wanted to eat with the rest of our party. Our request was completely ignored even though the waitresses didn't bother to inform us it wasn't possible, bringing the carpaccio out first and as a starter. When we asked the waitress if she could please take it back to the kitchen so it could be kept chilled for it to come back with the rest of the food, she refused saying “it is a starter and in Europe starters come out first". I hardly ever give a bad review because usually I have a high level of tolerance, but in this opportunity I think it was necessary. I have worked in restaurants before and my in laws also own a couple of restaurants, they have spent most of their lives working in such industry and beleive me it's not rocket science to have a starter and a main come out at the same time, it's not uncommon for customers to request such a thing at all. The Europe comment was uncalled for, disrespectful and hinted we were ignorant. I live in the UK, have travelled around Europe and America plus love dining out so I think I have somewhat experience in customer service but I had never been treated in such an awful way by a waitress. Avoid this restaurant at all cost, there are lots of other places with much better food and better customer service. And since I wrote this review, not even an apology from the restaurant....

I give this place 2 stars only for the views of the Eiffel Tower, otherwise it would be 1. The place is not designed to serve a quality food. Be aware if you're looking for a good meal, you'd be disappointed. Service is horrible and the food is even worse. I ordered a 28 euro entrecote and got a piece of unchewable rubber. My wife got a cup of cappuccino which tasted like it came from the machine and didn't look like cappuccino at all. We tried to get there on Thursday night but were told that they only sit people with reservations and they're booked through the weekend. We went online and made a reservation for the next day. During our dinner I noticed that the place is 2/3 empty, there were even empty tables outside while inside was only 1 table taken. In spite of that, the hosts were rejecting people trying to walk in due to lack of reservations. This seemed odd to me that they deliberately kept the restaurant half empty. Also it seems that the restaurant employs multiple hosts at the same time and the only thing they do is turn people away, while there were only 2 servers trying to accommodate all the tables. It's shame to have such a wonderful location and basically waste it. They could've served 3 times more people if they really wanted to. Overall impression is: staff doesn't seem to care about this place by rejecting potential customers and serving horrible food. I hope the owners can see...

I book at three course dinner and river cruise off of TripAdvisor and this was the location of the restaurant. You had the option to cruise or eat first, so I was suggested (by staff) to eat first and enjoy the cruise at sunset. The servers were lovely, the music was festive and the food was FANTASTIC!! I got the foccacia salmon started, the Salmon filet and the dessert I cannot remember what it was called but it was like a raspberry mousse. The starter I could have eaten fifty of! It amazing! So much so that I am going to try and make it now that I am back home! The olive oil spread it came with was a great compliment to the dish. Now, this salmon, oh my goodness it was buttery, soft, and cooked to perfection! Light on flavor but very very tasty!! I am not huge on dessert in general so I was not a fan of the raspberry mousse but! Still trying it if you like desert. The staff was very accommodating and gave me a seat that had a fantastic view of the Eiffel tower! The Rose wine I got was very tasty but the melon spritz I ordered was soooooo good! The food and drinks came out in a timely manner! I got to hang out for a bit even after my food was done. I was directed to the pier for the cruise which wasn't far and the line was long but moved swiftly. I'd come back to the restaurant just for dinner!! The menu had so much I wanted to try!!
