I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I had booked a Valentine’s Day reservation weeks in advance, expecting a special night. Instead, we endured one of the worst dining experiences imaginable.

Upon arrival, our table wasn’t ready—even though we arrived early. We were initially placed by the window and door, where we were freezing until staff finally acknowledged the issue and moved us upstairs. Unfortunately, this change didn’t improve the experience. We were completely ignored, struggling to get a server’s attention, and had to call them over multiple times just to place an order—an hour and a half after being seated.

When our food finally arrived—after another hour and a half of waiting—it was completely wrong. At this point, we asked to speak with a manager, and while doing so, my partner was stabbed in the face with a knife. Yes, you read that correctly. A knife. And rather than taking responsibility, they blamed their incompetence on having a large party that night. That is absolutely not an excuse. If you know you’ll be busy, you should hire additional staff or limit reservations accordingly—not make paying customers suffer for your poor planning.

After spending three hours at the restaurant, we never received our entrees, never got the drinks we ordered, and were offered nothing to make up for the disaster. No apology, no compensation—just dismissiveness and excuses.

This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I have ever had. I will never return and will make sure to warn others to...

I would really want to give a positive review because the staff was very nice and they waited after we arrived late for our reservation. Unfortunately I can't. As entreé two mediocre melanzane alla parmeggiana. Then two lasagnas that looked like a bunch of layers of pasta thrown on the plate and MIXED with bolognese. A lasagne is somehow carefully organized layer after layer with the sauce and the meat, impossible to describe the dish (unfortunately no picture). I asked for the tagliatelle and nothing to remember here. The tagliolini were very good. Also my son was happy with his gnocci even though they arrived with the main courses after we explicitly asked them to come with the starters as he was not into them. Between the antipasti and the main courses we waited for 30 min (I believe my son waited for 50 in total to get his meal). How come? If the idea is you to buy more drinks in the meantime, sorry to disappoint. The atmosphere and design is modern but I think more light would be useful especially for eating. There was a DJ console right next to us but thank God nobody...

Hi I really NOT recommend this restaurant 👎 In Wednesday I were there with my girlfriend and when we wanted to order so we asked the waiter about the food and a girl who was the waiter explained about those foods we wanted, I wanted a pizza with meat so waiter said that pizza is with small bits of biff and said perfect I ordered that and my girlfriend ordered a vegetarian pizza, when we get our foods so was none of them like that what we ordered 😠and when I told the waiter that it's not like what she explained to us so she got mad and even didn't care and said no it's what she explained 😠then we had no choice to change it even that was the waiter fault. And the price was so high but the food was NOT even worth half of that price

We paid so much and get wrong food and really bad treatment of the waiter. And we had no right to ask for discount 😤

It was my birthday and thanks to the waiter (the girl) my night was destroyed

This restaurant is...

Had a delicious and unforgettable meal at Giusé Trattoria and it was seriously fantastic in every possible way. The ambiance is very nice there and so relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. Very friendly staff who were very welcoming as well. I ordered the Cacio è pepe pasta and I will dream about these noodles and how perfect the dish was for months! The ham and cheese potato croquettes were just amazing and we also sampled the Parmesan tempura which was so delicious! Everyone at the table enjoyed their meal thoroughly and we ended it with the most perfect chocolate mousse (it was a huge family style size) Really a great spot to dine while in Paris, don’t miss out!

A beautifully designed restaurant with a modern Italian vibe Giusé delivers both style and flavour. We came for the ambiance and weren’t disappointed. The pasta was rich, creamy, and perfectly cooked, especially the maccheroni with cheese, comfort food with a gourmet touch. The service was attentive, and the wine list pairs well with the dishes. You can tell there's a personal touch behind the concept, classy but not overdone. Definitely a cool spot if you're looking for great Italian food near the Champs-Élysées. Bonus points if you're a football fan Marco Verratti's influence gives it a fun twist!
