Let’s start from the beginning, shall we? Entrance is cover by scaffolding all the way up. As you enter, you’ll notice how empty and casual the lobby is, also the heavily stained carpets. And how can you ignore the poker face staff? But that’s just the beginning… In order to go up to your floor, the staff has to card in the elevator. A lot of times there is no one in the front desk so you have to look for them so you can go up. As you exit the elevator you’ll notice the run down, tight hallway. It’s literally falling apart. The room itself is tiny, but it doesn’t end here… The bathroom might be remodeled but smells like sewage. The single star above goes to the nice heated toilet. Let’s, talk bed. Sheets were not clean like you would hope for. I found hair, lashes and some other particles as you can see in the pictures. The decorative pillow was torned apart. And if you don’t want to have nightmares don’t even look inside the pillow cases. The grime and sweat stains will haunt you. Did I mention how uncomfortable the bed was? But why go there? The mini refrigerator had 3 complimentary drinks but the amount of mold and dirt in there was alarming! Right now, out view is just scaffolding and tarp. They gave us a heads up via email but no compensation for the massive inconvenience. This is our second Inwood hotel and whoops our bad for making the mistake of booking this. To give you an idea our first Inwood hotel was booked for two nights and as soon as we entered, we immediately started to look for an air bnb near by and just walked away. I’d say think long and hard before you book this motel.

Front desk staff is the only highlight of this stay. They are accommodating and friendly. Where to begin? These hotels are not worth the price or the hassle. Stayed at another inwood down the road along with this one and we could not stay there any longer. Had to leave. This one was worse in many ways. 4stars are overly generous. You have to be scanned to get to your floor each time you want to enter your room. Construction is everywhere and smells like eggs. It’s horrible and wish I knew before booking. Update: witnessing the cleaning lady coughing and all throughout the rooms didn’t help alleviate our concerns about this place. Hard to get over the rotten egg smell on 3rd floor.

Just a brief share of my recent visit to Paris and and experience at the Hotel Mona Lisa by Inwood Hotels. Our check in and room was available on time and both Louise and Christlaure were warm and genuine so I already had a smile on my face. My accommodations were just as they appeared on the hotel's website, classic, comfortable and so clean. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and welcoming. The location just off the Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe was awesome. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel my friends and family..... Well done

My now wife booked a suite for our upcoming wedding day in Paris for 4 days at a pretty penny. For this price point, we expected the room to be in order. Unfortunately the curtains were falling down, stains on the carpet and furniture, stopped up bathroom sink, leaking tub, peeling paint on the bathroom door, mildew around the tub, most outlets did not work…so why 4 stars? The best customer service, not to mention a stellar location. Management did not skimp on one of the most important virtues, which is a kind, well trained staff. We were always greeted with a smile and if there was ever an issue, it was addressed immediately. Lauren was our fast favorite, bending over backward to make our stay extra comfortable and the rest of the staff was amazing. Each day the lobby housed refreshments and pastries for the taking, evoking a cozy, welcoming environment. Breakfast each morning was included in our package, as well as a romantic historic tour by boat, the room is air conditioned, free mini bar, bottled water replenished daily and we had a sprawling balcony overlooking the street action. I appreciated the secure entrance, for which you need a key card. The hotel is also a stone throw away from the metro, Arc de Triomphe, shopping galore, restaurants, bars, nail salons and of course, countless bakeries. To be fair, the hotel was undergoing a renovation at the time and hopefully the issues I brought up are on the list to be addressed. Details matter. Clean and polished trumps modern upgrades any day. If you can manage to have both, great! Overall a good experience and we will be booking at Hôtel Le Monna Lisa Champs Elysées again...

I just arrived back from a 6 day, 5 night stay a Hotel Le Monna Lisa. Outta soooo many hotels to chose from for my first trip to Paris, I consulted w a friend who frequently visits Paris and this hotel was referred. It did not disappoint. First, the staff were AMAZING. Avalon was PHENOMENAL in assisting me with all my questions and concerns. She was the nicest person. Second location! It was in the perfect spot for me. Although it was a bit of a distance from majority of my family (I was there for wedding), my family was even quite impressed with the hotel. And if you’re a shopper….. Champs Elysee is literally steps away. Next, the room. I care deeply about my comfort on vacation and baby…. The bed was so soft and the room CLEAN and SPACIOUS. I could actually walk around it because Paris hotel rooms are known for being teeny tiny. (Not to mention the toilet seat HEATS up and has the remote control option for the bidet.) Lastly, breakfast….. u can opt to have breakfast included in your stay and thankfully I did. I went down, grabbed my choices and coffee and headed back to the room. Oh and they have room service which exceeded my expectations. I was too tired to go out one night so I was glad this service is offered. Overall, if you’re looking for a small, quaint, modern hotel, look no further. Sending hugs to Avalon ♥️ u were the best, thank u for your kindness and making a solo traveler feel welcomed. When leaving, she even waited outside w me and my luggage for my Uber driver and when I had to call him, she spoke w him in French. Great location, clean and spacious rooms, great staff. BOOK IT. I...
