Worst experience 😪 😞 Been to the restaurant 3 times, each time telling myself the next is going to be better.

All in all: Food: 7/10 Mezzeh average Shawarma, good but they add a lot of spices - you almost don't taste the chicken anymore.

Preparation: very slow 🐌 6 sandwichs, 1h

Attitude: BAD You'd expect the staff to be more service oriented, but far from it.

Why I'm not going back again? Made a reservation, went with my family & friends, 7ppl with 3 children.

Arrived, restaurant is full, the owner said that they're sorry. I explained that it is an hour trip from where we live. He said, Ok they get us seated. 20 min later, outside in the cold 🥶 🧊, no updates. Other ppl, came after us, were seated. But not us.

Never updated us, or apologized.

Worst part? The guy said, they accept all reservation requests coz they don't know who'd come and who wouldn't.

It is the worst shawerma you can have, the taste is absolutely not good, the meat and chicken are not done properly and they added Taboula to shish tavouk sandwiches which made it so wet and disgusting. The garlic cream also tastes bad, and the tomato has colour. We paid €75 and was literally a waste of money. The hygiene is literally zero. This experience was very disappointing and I can not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Poor quality food and service. I ONLY blame myself for not checking the reviews before going there. Lastly, when I complained to the one who prepared the food, he said "the boy inside prepared the food, and maybe he made a mistake" this reply is the most stupid and unreasonable reply to customer I ever heard. It was the worst place I have ever been to. Me and and my family were there two days before New years, and the service was very bad. Even though they were still open, you could tell that they have no motivation. The food was cheaply maid and it tasted very bland and dry. And there was no specialty, really.
