We were in Paris and the kids felt like sushi for their last meal in the city!

We had an excellent experience here with excellent service. We were not disappointed at all. It's a small looks like family shop that felt like home. They welcomed us 5 people without issue on a weekday early evening . They gave us time to argue about what we were getting as there was soo many good options! And then worked with our broken frenglish! Menues had pictures and order by letter/number which made it easier.

The food was great! Miso had depth of flavour! Skewers were full of flavour and not repetitive in flavour, even a cheese wrapped in beef skewer. Sushi boats were a classic and full! Sashimi was cut well and they were not shy with the cuts! There was a soy sauce on the table and there was also another container that looked like soy sauce, but it was sweeter. It was amazing.

The sushi here is not covered in sauces as it is in North America, and I appreciate this as it has to be good !and it was!

If we hit up the city of love again we will make the trek back here!

I’ve ordered during lunchtime a sashimi and salade d’algue, the sashimi was small and the salad was frozen. I told the waitress and she said I should wait until it will not be frozen. I told her I want to have a salad choux that costs 2.5. Then at the bill she charged me 12.30, instead of 11.5 claiming something about the salad d’algie (which I didn’t eat and she took) which I completely didn’t understand. And then she wasn’t willing to take credit card if it’s less than 15, so instead of paying for a normal lunch menu that includes this choux salad and much larger portions I paid 17 something because I needed to add another roll as a take away. Felt like a punishment rather than a nice lunch. They don’t use sushi rice but normal long rice....

Good neighborhood sushi place. Good quality fish, easy on the wallet and super nice owners. For being so few, they can work very fast to get orders out. We also received a few freebies, like gyoza, extra sushi, rice crackers and a chocolate bar! All which we appreciated. Only caveat I’d say was that there was a string preference for cash and we went to great lengths to try to find an atm nearby and get money out. As luck will have it, with banks getting tied up during travel, we weren’t able to get cash out to pay our bill. In the end it turned out we could pay for our meal for 6 (!) with card! Had we been able to do this 45 minutes earlier, it would have saved us a whole...

A sushi and Chinese food restaurant run by a nice Chinese couple. The Gyozas are delicious, and a must try item. But the sushi weren't that good, they were ok. The Miso soup is not the best, but drinkable. As a Japanese person, the sushi quality isn't up to par. The rice isn't vinegared well. My first visit with my friend for dinner was very memorable, because the madame was so kind and hospitable to us, I was moved by the great service, so I visited back for lunch, but was a bit disappointed. I ordered the Gyoza which was good, but the vietnamese nem noodle was small, bland, and not filling for the price paid.

Great place for Japanese cuisines unexpectedly. From sushi, sashimi to noodles...etc. which are reasonably priced and most important to all - delicious. Lovely owner couples who are genuinely generous and welcoming. The lady owner initiated to provide more dishes, which scared my twins (a girl & a boy) whose bellies are too full to accommodate more even though the foods were really tasty. (Laughs) The watermelon smoothie prepared by the lady owner was particularly a gem during hot weather and which was free of charge. Surely recommend others to try. Surely will visit again if coming to Paris again.
