Amazing Vietnamese food in Paris! I was here yesterday for Pho and back today to have their Bo bun special! I have had many Bo bun before but this one is packed with toppings! From memory there were 9 different toppings, fresh prawn x1 , prawn fritters x2, sugar cane prawn (guess it’s not easy to get sugar cane in Paris so they replace with lemon grass), half a mix fritter (pork, prawn and veg), a few fried chive dumplings cut in half, fried Vietnamese spring rolls, a slice of Vietnamese ham, stir fried beef pieces, satay chicken pieces! The banh mi was flavorful and the baguette was fresh. All of that for just 8€50 - I thought they would be small and not enough food, but the banh mi was a good size. It was the perfect lunch. Will...
