Panique de mauvais service

Le 21 décembre 2024, une chute d’eau s’est produite dans le karaoké alors qu’il nous restait encore 40 minutes de chant. Suite à cet incident, nous avons été immédiatement évacués. J’ai alors demandé un remboursement partiel pour le temps non utilisé, mais le manager a refusé de manière très impolie, nous demandant de quitter les lieux sur un ton agressif.

Considérant cela très injuste, j’ai insisté pour obtenir des explications. Cependant, le manager, visiblement très énervé, nous a forcés à régler l’intégralité de la facture sans prendre en compte notre demande. Lorsque j’ai demandé calmement pourquoi il réagissait de manière aussi agressive, il nous a menacés d’appeler la police si nous ne payions pas la totalité.

Ce comportement est inacceptable, d’autant plus que nous n’avons pas pu profiter de notre réservation ni consommer entièrement les bouteilles à cause de cet incident.

La situation a été aggravée par le fait que l’agent de sécurité m’a physiquement touché en me poussant violemment, alors qu’il laissait les autres clients partir sans encombre. Je doute fortement que ce comportement soit légal.

En France, toute violence physique, même sans incapacité de travail, est passible de sanctions pénales. Selon le Code pénal, les violences volontaires ayant entraîné une incapacité totale de travail inférieure ou égale à huit jours ou n’ayant entraîné aucune incapacité de travail sont punies de cinq ans d’emprisonnement et de 75 000 euros d’amende. 

Je suis extrêmement mécontent. En tant que client fidèle qui fréquente ce karaoké environ quatre fois par an, je suis choqué par la qualité du service client. Une telle attitude est inadmissible et ternit complètement l’expérience.

Bad Service Panic

On December 21, 2024, a waterfall occurred in the karaoke room while we still had 40 minutes of singing left. Following this incident, we were immediately evacuated. I then requested a partial refund for the unused time, but the manager refused in a very rude manner, asking us to leave the premises in an aggressive tone.

Considering this very unfair, I insisted on getting an explanation. However, the manager, visibly very angry, forced us to pay the entire bill without taking our request into account. When I calmly asked why he was reacting in such an aggressive manner, he threatened to call the police if we did not pay the full amount.

This behavior is unacceptable, especially since we were unable to enjoy our reservation or consume all the bottles because of this incident.

The situation was made worse by the fact that the security guard physically touched me by pushing me violently, while he let the other customers leave without incident. I strongly doubt that this behavior is legal.

In France, any physical violence, even without incapacity for work, is punishable by criminal sanctions. According to the Penal Code, willful violence resulting in total incapacity for work of less than or equal to eight days or not resulting in any incapacity for work is punishable by five years of imprisonment and a fine of 75,000 euros. 

I am extremely unhappy. As a loyal customer who frequents this karaoke about four times a year, I am shocked by the quality of the customer service. Such an attitude is unacceptable and completely tarnishes...

I enjoyed it a lot. Basically they give you a well acoustic isolated room where you can get the best out of your out of tone voice, pretending you are Freddie Mercury at Wembley. There is a huge selection of songs you can play, creating your playlist. You can also choose to be accompanied by the original voice, and also take photos from the main screen. You can order drinks from a tablet, they will bring them to your room. Drinks are not so good, honestly, but you are performing at Wembley and you don't mind. I suggest you do not record any video of your performance: the day after it could sound different from what you remembered.

It wasn't cheap, we sang for two hours - time passed so so fast! - and we paid 144 euros for the room, drinks excluded of course. But it was...
