Hello there, let me start by saying this is the first time I am actually reviewing a place for being extremely unprofessional.
This is going to be a detailed review of how the situation went. Lets get things right, so that the superiors of the employees know what is happening at their place. My friend and I, entered the KFC store, ordered a bucket of 20 chicken tenders, 4 potatoes, 6 sauces, 3 colas, 1 oasis. The order took maximum 4 mins to get it ready which seems suspicious. We take the order and we sit down. Immediately, I notice that the color of the panko used is not the right one and I identify certain parts of the tender being with no crust at all, suggesting a mishandle of the fryer. How do I know, call me a long time customer of KFC and that I work as a Chef for the last 8 years. Also the tenders and the potatoes were cold, suggesting the faster production of the products with no orders in place just so they can be fast and thus, lazy.
Let’s continue, sitting next to us, a couple, received their tenders cold and the lady stood immediately and told them that they were cold( I asked them what was wrong). As soon as she came back to her table, I see the employees to eyeball her, laugh, make fun, whatever. As you know in the HORECA ( Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes,) totally unprofessional to do that. Because I didn’t want to put the employees on the spot by returning the bucket to them, I said, “I’m not going to embarrass them and talk to them later”. My mistake was that, apparently.
This is where it starts to get serious. I go up to the counter with two chicken tenders in the bucket just to explain at the employees that this should not be like that. I start by asking them if they speak English and immediately I’m getting eyeballed by the woman talking underneath her breath saying “a little”. I continue and I say smiling: “ Hey guys, instead of laughing and having with each other behind the counter (unprofessional) , please make sure that the chicken is as it is supposed to be” and I start explain the reasons aforementioned. I get interrupted multiple times by the staff saying things “ Oh you ate them and now you want to complain, okay, goodbye, bye bye” pressuring me to stop talking and leave ( the security guard too). I try to explain that I don’t want to complain ( nor get eyeballed like the couple was) and I just want to give advice as I am A CHEF, and that they could literally cause food poisoning to people. They interrupt me again, saying “ byeee, byeee”. At this point I’m getting offended of the mistreatment I am getting first as a customer and secondly as a professional in that industry. Then I try to explain “ girls, I am a chef, I am telling you this….) I get interrupted again, “Open your own restaurant”, “open open”, “stop talking” “Je ne parle pas anglais.” I told them I am handling not 1 but 2 restaurants, and they ironically “wowed” After that, I laughed, and went off, because it was useless to try any more.
I hope this review comes handy for the managers and the superiors, so you guys can realize what is really happening at your KFC store and who you have employed. Totally unprofessional people with attitude as if they own either restaurants or they have a better CV and ended up working in a fast food chain. Let’s be honest, we all know. This is my review of yesterday’s treatment (Sunday March 2nd). I think this review should be handled with a very professional manner and I expect a very professional response.

Read moreJ'adore KFC !
Read morethis kfc store really tested my will to live. I ordered via ubereats and got a whole different order than I paid for. I paid 50 € on the app and was delivered cold, wet and hard food: small fries, one cookie and two (?) chicken tenders. How I know it was restaurant error? The KFC bag was sealed with pins and my receipt was taped on it. There is no way the driver could’ve changed it. So the restaurant deliberately chose to give me wrong items. I was this 🤏🏼 close to jumping off my balcony. Idk how this restaurants performs in person but DO NOT order via ubereats or any other delivery service!!! I am truly shocked. This hasn’t happened to me even once before. I hope that’s just the exception and not the rule for French food suppliers. End of story: Hold me back before I...
