I wanted to put zero stars! Worst ramen experience of my life. Run away so fast from this place. I know ramen..I lived in Japan for 20 years. They brought me the ramen bowl with oil so much sitting already on top, it’s already building coagulation. Disgusting! I can only blame myself to endure eating that OIL RAMEN they served, and then pay them for it. Tasted nothing like chicken ramen, I am not even exaggerating. It was oil ramen. The broth..Awful. The noodle..Shame! Like noodles from an instant noodle pack. I am not even kidding. The toppings!? Smallest Narutomaki and karaage pieces I have ever seen!! This place is a joke. At 14€, I felt robbed. And I cannot make this up..We felt really bloated and indigestion after eating here, like I ate 2 fast-food burgers, that’s how bad the food is here. Ramen is not fast food if done right and masterfully. They skipped the correct process broth making for sure, because not only it had no taste..It made me unwell in the stomach. I have never been so appalled with bad dining experience. The beer was warm! Even the drinks, they didn’t get right. The EBI TEMPURA, is not tempura. They should put EBI KATSU on the menu, because what you see in the photo is a katsu. Not a tempura, not the same thing.

I was so horrified, I politely expressed my disappointment and review directly to the staff when I was paying 55€ for 2 persons for a disgusting dinner experience. I asked if they had qualified cooks for this ramen joint, and all they said was he went to « ramen school ». Umm ok. Not good enough. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. They paid so much obviously PR on Instagram to make the shop look cool, but not investing on the food they serve. Bad noodle, bad broth, smallest toppings I have ever seen on a ramen. Seriously.

The whole thing seemed like a joke. This place is a joke, I’m sorry for the lack of nicety on my review but this is how this place made me feel. I’m traumatized..We were very much so excited to have a good ramen being that we miss it from Japan, living now in France for 2 years. The reviews were high at 4.7 so we came with expectations. We were shaking our heads the entire time we were forcing ourself to eat at least half of the bowl coz we were hungry from touring Paris whole day. Now I know better, and not endure eating bad food from a well reviewed place next time. Just get up and leave. Coz now we were traumatized with what we endured.

DON’T WAST YOUR MONEY AND CALORIES HERE. They invested on good area to put their restaurant and good marketing on socials and maybe even fake reviews, but IT IS BAD RAMEN. Beer...

The food was decent and reasonably priced. The biggest issue was the customer service. We had a reservation and had to remind them twice that we didn’t get seated yet. After that it was almost 30 minutes until someone took our order. Unfortunately they completely forgot about us and we had to almost stand up and wave our arms around for the waitress to realize she never took our order. In order to pay we just went inside because the waitress was too busy most of the time to even notice we were finished. If you decide to go here- be ready to either wait in a long queue or to fight for your...
