This is a nice little bistro in a quiet street at walking distance from Sacre Coeur. If you stay in Montmarte and are sick of all the tourist traps, maybe you'll like this place. It's nothing fancy, just a cozy little place for a quick meal.
The food is fairly priced, but the quality was mixed... my entree was a nice tasty onion soup, but the main course (steak and fries) was a bit disappointing. I would have given a lower rating if not for the dessert, which was an absolutely delicious crème de caramel... much better than what you typically get in a dinner below 20 euros.
Service was good: our waitress was very charming -- amicable but still professional -- and we didn't have to wait long for our food.

He continued to exhibit super attentive service the whole dinner through. Had a glass of budget (but good!) wine and a home-style dinner (entrée and main) of great quality for well under 20€. DO NOTE! Cash only. I didn't know this until time to pay, but thankfully the owner(?) was more than accommodating and let me walk to the nearest ATM—no collateral down or anger. Must happen a lot. We opted for a drinks + main. Everything tasted like it came from a can or was re-hydrated food. When the bill came they charged us separately for the drinks and mains. When we "had the nerve to debate the bill" they condescended us and told us we were disrespectful. This was the worst service and food I have ever experienced.
