L'Envue, Brasserie Parisienne — Restaurant in Paris

L'Envue is a culinary gem that we've come to cherish every time we visit Paris. It's the perfect lunch spot, offering a delightful selection of dishes that are not only delicious but also reasonably priced. The salads are fresh and vibrant, setting the stage for the amazing seafood dishes that truly shine on the menu. Each plate is a masterpiece, showcasing the freshest ingredients and remarkable flavors.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy a meal. A special shoutout goes to Christian, the manager, whose attentive nature and genuine passion for hospitality are evident in every aspect of the restaurant. Midi, our server, was equally delightful, with a personality that made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Their teamwork creates a welcoming vibe that is hard to find.

We were wandering around and saw what looked like a cozy little place to grab some food and a drink the staff were very rude and got more rude with every conversation firstly cause we didn't order any alcohol secondly cause only vegan options were sides of rice, spinach or fries, So we ordered one each of all three lol. We were enjoying a nice conversation whilst the atmosphere kept descending and the waiter glared at us because I think he wanted the table we sat at for more non-existant customers, the almost empty restaurant then took on an even stranger atmosphere after I returned to my partner after using the dungeon like toilet in the basement. The waiter then seemed really impatient to have us leave so I ordered another coffee and tried to relax whilst I waited for the bill that seemed to take forever for him to work out then asked with a chuckle if it was good indicating the remains of the food lmao. WARNING - Tourist Trap .....Absolutely terrible service by a hyped up team clearly more interested in extra curricular activités (substances). Their behaviour was both manic and extreme running around in circles making mistakes , dropping cutlery and generally delivering a shocking standard of service while clearly under the influence. Keep walking the place was empty by 8pm for good reason , Totally poor everything and we witnessed one guest berate the manager in front of us and to quote her ‘ this is the worst restaurant in Paris ‘ And she stormed out. Further, the well fuelled brunette waitress with mini skirt had the cheek upon us leaving to state firmly ‘ its a 15% or 20% tip .....up to you’ .
