La Buca — Restaurant in Paris

The food was incredible. My partner and I were stunned and at a loss for words upon eating even their free dough balls starter (or whatever it was) as it was already very tasty! The dough was soft and the exterior was a perfect level of crisp. We had the tempura artichoke starter and it was immaculate. For our mains, we had the ravioli and Norcia. Mind blowingly good. And to cap off our dinner, we had their Tiramisu which satisfied our sweet tooth’s to the t. Aside from that, we were given some free Naan that complimented our main courses so well!

The service as well was magnificent. We couldn’t really speak much French but they were kind and polite and made every effort to understand us and ensure that we were getting the food we wanted.

Not too tourist friendly. If you are tourist should avoid as prices are expensive. Menu is catered to locals. Water was chargeable; throughout my stay in Paris this is one of the restaurant that charged us for water (we were not informed and we don't even know which item was the water since it was all in French).

Italian style recognisable from far distance through the place’s design, the presence of small olive trees outside and olive bottles spread around to decor the place giving it a cosy atmosphere.
