We stumbled across this fabulous café/restaurant on our first day in Paris and stopped in for lunch and a glass of wine. Husband had the Thai salad and I the goats cheese. Both were outstanding! Really well prepared and plentiful.
The second visit was for breakfast and again the food was amazing. I had eggs which were cooked to perfection and husband had a croissant. The freshly squeezed orange juice was so tasty, and great strong coffee.
Service here was something to shout about too. All the staff who served us were polite, friendly and attentive.

In the meantime, you have some alcohol to relax and enjoy the romantic atmosphere of the place, Paris. I also ordered a ham & cheese omelet. The size is surprisingly large enough as a lunch. It came with a freshly made salad and dressing. The vegetables were crunchy and fresh.

Lets set the scene: Tue evening, our team of 5 orders âblondeâ beer. The server brought Affligen - which is Pale Ale, not âblondeâ. When we pointed this out, he replaced them with Heinekens â but still charged us full on his wrong beers!!
I hope the new owner, for the sake of his own business, will smell the đ© and make sure that his servers clean up their act!
In the meantime, our company (our office is on the other side of the street) will happily return to âLa Pointe Drouotâ or âCafĂ© le Baronâ, where the service is...
