24 € for Gin tonic? This place is such a rip off.

First when I entered, I asked waiter Nassim if there is toilet. He replied extremely rude “No, only for the customers. Bye”, he turned and left. When I asked if I can have drink, he said ok.

He told me I can sit at the table. I ordered double gin tonic (didn’t look like double). He brought it, no words, no nothing. “Amazing service”.

When I asked for the bill he said 24 euros. Was hard to believe that gin tonic is 24 euros in a place where cocktails are around 7-10 euros.

Anyway, I paid, left and came back shortly to have another drink but only to check the menu which I didn’t get. I sat on the bar chair, literally 1 meter from previous table. I ordered single gin tonic and asked for the menu. Lady at the bar told me without providing menu “Single gin tonic is 8 €, but here is diferent price because you are at the bar and if you are at the table it’s more expensive because waiter need to go there and serve you a drink” after I asked how is possible that I paid 24 euros for double gin tonic.

When I asked her to show me that price in the menu, she said it’s not in the menu but in their system.

If I received somehow okay service, even with this price, I wouldn’t say anything. But when you have extremely rude waiter from the moment you enter, until you leave, horrible service and on top of that unrealistic price, I can’t...

DISHONEST AND SCAMMING RESTAURANT STAFF. This restaurant staff was all dishonest and rude to our party of 6. They were rude the entire meal while we were trying to be very accommodating to the fact that we had a baby with us and realized it might disrupt others. After spending over 200 euros on our meal they came and claimed their “credit card machine was broken so we had to pay in cash” well we didn’t have cash and they said we had to go across the street to the atm. Well since we were in a foreign country and we were still trying to accommodate their needs we went to the atm and our atm card didn’t work. So we came back and told them that and turns out they were LYING the whole time to try and avoid the credit card fee. We warned the table next to us that they were lying when they were about to pay them cash as well and they their credit card machine magically worked for them as well. DO NOT GIVE THIS DISHONEST ESTABLISHMENT YOUR BUSINESS. They take advantage of tourists since they are in a touristy area. A sad representation of what Paris is and this is a prime example of what can give this amazing city a...

On a trip to Paris to celebrate my mothers 60th birthday, my family stayed at an airbnb in the same neighborhood as the restaurant. Coming back late from a day of touring we walked in because it was the path of least resistance for a tired bunch. How lucky we were. The personality and professionalism of the staff, particularly, supervisor Sofiane and waiter Beni made a tired family struggling with the language feel perfectly at home. DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE FOOD - this place is the steal of the city - every single person in our family left happy and satisfied (for fair prices too). By the time we left for the week we chose to eat here four times including our NYE meal. Whenever we find ourselves fortunate enough to be back in this city - we will find our way back to...

Came here for breakfast and it was great value and delicious. The service was decent! We ordered the formule, which came with croissant, bread, fresh orange juice, a hot drink (my son ordered a cafe crème), bacon and eggs, fruits, and yogurt with granola. My son ordered the pain perdu (French toast) which was super soft, flavorful, and delicious! The bacon was super fragrant and we loved it so much we decided to order a full size of it as well! Another notable thing was the butter for the bread! So cute and so fragrant and delicious. Highly recommend this place for an affordable breakfast or brunch!

Third time here since I got to the neighbourhood and my partner, my best friend and I have all loved our each one of our meals we’ve ordered. Service is great, the waiters and waitresses are all super friendly, understanding, and even help you out if you’re learning French! Love it here. 10/10 would come again. Btw! The salmon steak with leek fondue is to die for, it’s cooked to perfection with just the right amount of sauce to complement the fish. Mmmmmmmmmmm 😋
