Awful experience, disgusting food, and they attempted to overcharge us. I never leave negative restaurant reviews, but hope to save someone out there from feeling as foolish and revolted as we did last night at Le Petit Prince. Despite a menu translated into English that went above and beyond to tout the impressiveness of this establishment and how all ingredients were fresh and locally sourced, our food was either stale or microwaved from frozen. We ordered the 34€ menu deal, which includes an appetizer and main. First, the bread was stale and so hard it was impossible to eat or break. My friend ordered lentil and sausage soup, instead onion soup came and the waiter continued to insist that lentil soup = onion soup, over and over again as if we were crazy. Then her salmon was horrendously inedible, seemed microwaved with freaky water droplets on top. I ordered a poultry skewer with greenbeans , and received inedible grey-like beef with potatoes and some weird orange thing. This is not a Google translate issue- they had an English menu. We couldn’t eat this food (and I swear I moonlight as a garbage disposal, I eat everything ) so ordered the bill, which is when the waiter made us feel crazy for disputing the overcharges — he didn’t tell my friend that he swapped her Sauvignon blanc for a more expensive Chardonnay , and ignored the meal deal pricing to overcharge us for our incorrect, inedible food. I regret not taking a picture to convey how gross it was, but we wanted out of there. We paid 81€ in the end which was a huge mistake as everything was incorrect , disgusting, far from fresh, far from edible. Can you please contact me to issue a refund?

Perfect dinner with this perfect restaurant in Paris. Outside the restaurant looks ordinary, does not look grandeur but don't judge the book by its cover as they say,you have to try and dine. Staff are friendly, professionals and most of all the foods are sumptuous down to desserts too! Definitely recommended if you are going to be in central Paris. I had a fantastic and unforgettable dinner with family (7 of us with a child) and they love the food. My nephew,Carl search this place and It was worthwhile trip to the restaurant. Tip: in the picture was the wine they offered and it tasted so good we had 2 bottles! and the price was affordable. It tastes slightly sweet white wine so if you are not into sweet, dry white wine then it's not for you. I had steak and it went well, too. Thank you,we will definitely go back whenever we are in Paris! 🤗💕Merci!

So many things that went wrong with our visit today: 1. We were sat at our table, and upon ordering, were told that we had to leave. We were annoyed and after standing, he then promptly that there was a spare table we could sit at. 2. Service took SUPER long, from entering the restaurant to receiving our food took about 1.5 hours, and we were considered one of the quick ones. Most others took 2 hours. There were only 3 people serving a full restaurant. You could tell most people were impatient that their food hasn't come too. 3. Food was mediocre, and portions were small. Not worth the wait.

Upon entering we loved the decor and the building itself and it went all downhill from there. Within minutes Spanish music or top 40 pop music was blasting and it really killed the mood. I think people complained because it went off but only to start up again later. The menu which looked good was expensive and i was shocked to see that the seafood could either be fresh or frozen for thr price. The waiter came over to us and while taking our order started complaining about a women at another table to us. We order a bottle of Saint Amour and he goes on to say how he forgot to do the order and he doesn't have much left. Shortly after he left our table to have a loud phone call infront of all the guests in the middle of a dining experience. When the squid arrived the flavour was good but the squid was cut so thinly, had an odeur of frozen to it, and was such a small quantity it was most certainly not worth 22 euros. Not to mention the stale bread that was served with it that had to be from yesterday's service. My partner ordered Lamb and she was content with it mind you it was not worth 34 euros. I ordered the beef filet and as a chef of 18 years new instantly it wasn't a filet due to the copius amount of inedible fat that was on it, my steak knife couldn't even cut through it and the sauce that was on the side was watery, when you put it on it disappeared. For the second time in my life I returned a plate. As it was 100% not filet. He took it instantly and made me a new one which I respected. Later I received a folded up steak which was very tender but to receive a steak that you pay 38 euros for and it's a thin piece of steak that is folded into two is very disappointing. The sides were the same sides from the previous plate, which should have been discarded and a new plate made. Not once after that were we quality checked. In fact we were ignored. When it came time for desserts they forgot out dessert order which we placed at the start as on their menu it needs 20 to 25 minutes. We said no problem amd we waited the time . It was probably the best part of the meal however really an amateur could have made it at home. On waiting at the counter to pay the bill was another couple. While we were waiting the server made himself a coffee and poured rum in it and then continued to send out 3 or 4 voice whatsapp messages in front of us. The first couple paid and then when it came to my turn to pay by card the machine was no where to be found. He searched everywhere finally made a phone call to a colleague to learn it was in their other restaurant. He went running but not before finishing his alcoholic coffee. Then we continued to pay 157 euros, which to us was one of our most terrible dining experiences in Paris (and we live here). The only good part of the restaurant is the location and decor inside. My recommendation is find a better place,...

At the recommendation of my hotel, I dined there alone. It opens at 7:30pm, but they were open earlier for a large party. I was at the door at 7:29 pm. Seated shortly after. The waiter arrived at my table to take my order at 8:24. YES, I STAYED. Only because I was tired, it was recommended and it was raining.

I should have left after no attention for 20 mins.( I understand Paris time, but this was clearly poor service.) The guy upfront, was running around like the place was on fire. Stressed to the max and I had no idea why. The place was quite and nice. Twice he left his cell phone on my table, without even acknowledging I was there waiting to order. I finally spoke up, and he took the phone and continued to run up and down the restaurant. Not saying thank you, not taking my order, even as I begged him to capture my order He was so exhausting to watch I could feel myself getting worked up. He changed his T-shirt once from all the running around with no actual purpose or doing anything to help.

I finally flagged him down to place my order. He had no interest, wrote nothing down and didn't even look in my eyes or my face. I placed a single glass of wine order, which I never got. I ordered the onion soup which took 30 mins. (Isn't soup just in a soup pot in the kitchen, they were not making it from scratch) A nice waiter delivered the soup. I asked for water several time, when I was finally brought Evian for 8E, I wanted free water and ice, but that never would have happened. I did ask for butter for the bread, it was added to my bill, 2E. My meal finally arrived, the food was good, but nothing special for 36.E. Portion was fine for me.

When my meal was over, the guy running around, came to my table, I thought to inquire about coffee or dessert, but he took my butter knife, put it on my dirty plate and walked away. Not even clearing the plate or bread basket.

I was never asked about dessert or coffee. This is the first time in the whole evening that the stressed out guy moved quickly. He gave me my check, and then spent 5 mins looking for a pen for me to sign for it Never to return or...
