Le Provencal — Restaurant in Paris

Le Provencal was my first meal that I had in Paris and was one to remember! I walked in with a party of four without a reservation and was seated immediately by the very kind owner.

My friends and I quickly realized that we both did not understand each other's languages, which made things quite difficult as the menu was written in cursive French on a chalkboard.

Through Google Translate and pointing, I eventually got my order in and was super impressed! We all went with the fixed appetizer + entree + dessert menu option and I personally went for an eggplant and tomato appetizer, veal as a main course, and brioche as a dessert. The most fun evening we had in France.

This restaurant is an amazing experience for any tourist. The owners don't speak much English or German. However even as someone barely speaking broken French we were able to converse and order well (sometimes with the help of Google translate).

The owners were hilarious and we had a fantastic time (and even got sweets at the end, bonus point).

We ordered the set menu for 24 € for 3 Dishes. Everything was tasty and that for a good price. What more can you want.

-madam is very friendly and attentive. -the dish is tasty and even if the menu is traditional one thay add something special like the sauce for tarte au chocolat. -the restaurant is clean, neat, and cute. -the bread is warm and their petite pains are soft and original. the menu is very attractive and the spacial menu even has fois gras and other high end ingredients.
