This was our 3rd stop on my 1-night Paris tour with my cool, fashion-industry friend. You need to see this man work a room. I have never seen anything like it in my life. He knows when to push, when to pull, when to crack a joke, when to stay quiet, etc. I am obsessed with human interaction and social dynamics, and this gentleman is the Picasso of making a good impression on people. A true artist.

Anyways, one of his industry friends had her birthday gathering here and it was full of beautiful, cool people. A bit intimidating to be around at times, but I think I held my own pretty well although I need to watch the tape back.

To my delightful surprise, this place seemed to be a no-frills establishment. The bartender was in worn-in grey hoodie with the strings tied making a FANTASTIC aperol spritz. Drinks were being served in paper cups so that you could take them outside to go post up on the sidewalk and mingle. Loved it.

A classic Parisian bistro that doesn't take itself...

Let’s just say they are very racist and rude. My friend walked in to use the washroom and I was waiting for her outside on the terrace and I was too tired from all the walking that I chose to sit for 5 seconds and there comes a waiter, mind you I’m the kindest person. And of course, the waiter came and asked me what do I want, I said I’m waiting for a friend outside, he said in French: then why are you sitting and get up in a high pitch cocky voice. The least he could have done is asked politely to get up and leave. I might as well have ordered a coffee but sorry their cocky behavior kinda almost made me cry at the spot and I couldn’t even tell him anything. Wouldn’t recommend people of color or any...

racist establishment Myself and my friends went in and ordered 6 hot drinks (coffee and tea) they gave us the drinks in a take away cup (didn’t get an option) we sat outside and the man came out shouting at us telling us to leave as we had take away cups, when we asked why as other people did he just kept screaming at us to go. I believe this a racist establishment as there were white people sitting outside with take away cups and they were allowed to sit there. This has happened a few times in Paris as we go here for paris fashion week. It really is sad and ignorant that you contribute to peoples businesses and they treat you like this because of your skin colour....

Nice little place near the Picasso Museum, we stopped here for lunch once during our trip. My husband had the croque monsieur which was decent, and I had a delicious creamy mushroom pasta. Just a heads up to any Americans, like most places in Europe they will charge you for each piece of bread you grab from the basket. These are not included in the meal prices - and I'm not sure if they had a bad day or if it's typical here, but the baguette we were served was not very fresh. I would skip it if I were you. Otherwise, it was very good

The Cesar salad was absolutely delicious 💯. Was exactly what I was looking for. Staff were OK. They were not giving too much, just what was necessary to keep us happy. Enjoyed sitting on the Rue and enjoying a beer blonde and salad.
