Yesterday, January 19, 2020 I went shopping with a friend at 16 o'clock at «other stories: 76 Rue Vieille du Temple, 75003 Paris, France». There was no security staff when entering. As soon as I entered my wallet was stolen by thieves. In my wallet I had a residence card, a credit card, a transportation card and 100 euros in cash. I immediately informed the salesperson (the man wearing glasses) of this fact. But he said he could not help me. I asked for a manager but the manager left. I called another salesman for help, but I was ignored.(The manager woman looked annoying.) Your staff didn't even try to find a wallet. I called for an announcement to prevent the second guest from the second damage. But the staff told me there were no speakers for announcements at the store. I was really absurd. And I found a lot of surveillance cameras in the store. I asked the staff if it worked. The staff told me not sure. yesterday there were no security guards. There was a thief in your store and a thief came in without a problem. I immediately asked for help but my request was ignored. I am a victim and I have never asked for your kindness. Only when there was a problem was the ability to cope with zero percent. And they were unkind to me. I did not demand it. You have a big problem with employee training.

Store is great but the security was so RUDE and MEAN. I came into the store with a drink in my hand and the security didn’t even open his mouth just finger wagged me. Okay fine ? - so i spoke to him (in french so it’s not a language issue) also very politely asking him if I could put it near the exit or find another solution. He then just shouted “IL EST INTERDIT”. I get you have rules and that’s fine, but there are better ways to talk to your customers, his job as a security also includes interacting with people. COSTUMER SERVICE - SO BAD I went in there and wanted to buy sandals to walk around Paris as I told the employee - she suggested the sandals & Other Stories - Sandales effet croisé avec bride arrière. She told me that they were very comfortable and the right size for my foot. She said that if they didn’t suit me well I could come back.
