Infuriating !! I came all the way to this store with a broken foot to return an online purchase as it states on the order receipt this is an option. The store was closed 2 hours for lunch with no mention on google maps. Luckily I caught the saleswoman entering and she was nice enough to tell me they DO NOT accept return from online purchase unlike what’s written. Wasted 2 hours of my time and energy to come all the way here for nothing. Had the absolute best experience here today with an Irish/French sales associate. She was welcoming and kind, and helped me find the perfect jeans. I never felt judged, even when I had to ask for a larger size (something I often feel judged for in higher end stores).

The selection was lovely. I found the perfect Princess Diana style jeans that made me feel marvelous.
