Bonjour,

I came here for a romantic dinner. We had whelks and creamed cod for starter. The whelks were still in the shell so they were a bit gritty but the hay smoked mayonnaise served with it was excellent. The cod was a bit cold but wonderfully tasty. As main we had haddock of the day and pollock a la carte. The haddock was served with peas and a creamy asparagus and dill sauce; the sauce was delicious but perhaps a little overpowering. The pollock was served with fennel, smoked ricotta and black olives. The fish was dead-fresh and the sides cooked to perfection. The wine list is mainly focused on French wines and includes some reds (we had a Pinot Noir with the pollock). The bill is pricey but actually very good value for Parisian standards. Heartily...

Unfortunately the assumption that french cuisine is the best and therefore it is acceptable to serve cold broth and mediocre pork chops in a mustard coating is acceptable does not stand up to scrutiny. Over cooked fries and an iceberg wedge did nothing to improve the situation. 50 euro for a pork chop for two is acceptable if it is served hot and well seasoned, which it wasn't Disappointing In the interest of ballance everyone else on our table really enjoyed their food. Oysters excellent Smoked cod Roe very good whic I thoroughly enjoyed. Scallops outstanding. It's just disappointing to be served a meal that did not live up to the reputation of this...

Came across this restaurant by chance, looked like a great place and was able to get a table last minute. The menu is focused on fish and seafood which is a pleasant surprise, and every dish on the menu had me thinking “that sounds good”…all very inventive in a simple but delicious way. I noticed that most all the other diners were locals and that is a big plus, not the touristy place catering to just making money. Everything we ordered was very nicely plated and tasted as good as it looked. Was very happy to have eaten here , great food in a really nice atmosphere. Will try again for sure

Innovative cuisine and good service. I wish there was more variety in food, but the options are still quite good. The dessert was the highlight of the meal though. They also serve different types of oysters and the wine menu is quite wide. The space is nice and intimate. Service is relatively quick. Had the cauliflower soup which was great, but not really warming one, pollock with apple dauphinois and the carrot cake. The tea was a full on extraction, which they deserve credit for.

A really cozy spot for a great meal. We started with oysters and they were some of the freshest most delicious I have enjoyed in France. The staff spoke French, English and Spanish, although the diners were mainly French speaking. The fig tart was not good so maybe try the cheese selection instead. Reservations are a must because it is a small restaurant although they did have some additional seating upstairs.
