Pros: dinner portions were large and I didn't even finish my fries or the bread they served. We expected French service and we received it: I was prepared for a more independent experience than the states. I knew enough French to attempt ordering, and our waitress knew enough English to help us by after that. From the outside seating you have a glimpse of the Arc. -Dinner was served with a small salad: the good quality mixed greens no less!

Cons: I would have preferred the bread rolls right after we sat down as opposed to served with the meal. Maybe that is American, though. -I ordered a frappe because I was desperate for ice in my drink but also wanted to not be "that American" who ordered a ice in her water. The frappe was...interesting. Sweet but without milk and very weak tasting outside the sugar. For the price I would have liked a stronger coffee beverage. Fries were limp and oily, not crispy. Not sure if they were under fried or baked? -Smoking is a thing and unfortunately the balcony area we sat in is also a smoking area. As it was cold that night, they closed the plastic windows and the smoke became stronger. Luckily it was a slower night and there was...

Cute place otherwise but a really fishy way to charge people. I ordered an espresso that was noted on the menu a little over 3e. When the espresso arrived it was accompanied with a little chocolate mousse that I didn’t ask for was not noted on menu (plus can’t eat cause I’m allergic to milk). When it came time to pay the final note was 4.20e called « cafe 16h ».

When I asked the waiter why my espresso is over 4e instead of 3e he simply sait because it comes with a little dessert after 16h. When I asked why this is not clearly stated in the menu he said « our manager asked us to do it this way ».

Can’t blame the water for doing his job but cmon management 🙄🙄🙄 I’m sure there are more smarter ways to make money nowadays than misleading pricing that leaves bitter taste for the experience. So my feedback goes for the manager : Un peu abusif, vous ne...

Awful experience. We ordered 10 beers, we received 5, and then waiting for 20 minutes or more. One of us went inside to ask again, and we received the beers while we ordered food. The waiter gave us a menù, but just 2 dishes (two!) were available. So we said ok... we ordered and...never received the food! One of us went inside again to ask, and the waiter had lost our order. Finally after 1h we received our food. We didn't order another beer, because the waiter disappeared. So we went inside to pay, and the waiter was wrong and asked the money twice to one guy that he had already paid. We told him he had already paid by cash, but the waiter was super rude and got really angry, almost insulted us, while the owner was looking at the scene withouth saying a...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a delightful restaurant in Paris, originally visited as a breakfast café. However, due to its fantastic location with a view of the Arc de Triomphe, the amazing staff, and the delectable breakfast options ranging from simple dishes to a lavish brunch with champagne and salmon, I ended up enjoying lunch and dinner here as well. From the tender Bavette steak to the succulent Cote du Bouef and the exquisite Fois Gras, every bite was truly exquisite and accompanied by delightful, full-bodied wines. The restaurant offers a remarkable culinary experience that combines excellent food, a picturesque view, and warm hospitality. It's a must-visit spot for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience in Paris.

Simple French restaurant. The waitress was very nice and friendly. Service didn’t take long. I got Ceasar salad which it’s my go to meal which was ok. The good thing it’s that the amount of dressing was on the lighter side, the croutons were so so. The chicken and cheese was normal quality. I d love to be more chopped but it was ok. My friend got the pate with figs jam and toast which he enjoyed. Very lovely was the cheese ravioli. 🥟 decent portion (not too big not too heavy) very delicious and the ravioli itself im the form of hearts. Creme brûlé and coffee was nice as well.

We choose this place as we were in the area. We had an irish coffee and a glass of whine and came back two hours later to try a cocktail as we were so charmed by this place, the waiters, the music anf overall ambiance. I was very impressed by the size of our drinks and found the 'happy hour' offer extremely advantageous. The MEGA plus has to be the closed terrace as it protects you from the wind but still gives you the sensation that you are connected to the outside world and gives you a better view of the 'Arc de Triomphe' We will definitely return.
