Etoile Park Hôtel — Hotel in Paris

The room pictures posted on website are different than what we saw. Hair dryer, plug, and toilet flush isn’t working(water goes down really slow).

We had tried to reach out to the front desk, the guy (dark hair with glasses) checked the facilities for us, and he said they still work and are just not functioning that well. We explained that even though it’s working but we would like some sort of amends. He simply laughed at it and think we were being difficult customers, plus asking us which country do we come from, which is a really impolite act.

At night we came back with a friend with injuries caused by a trottinette accident, except helping us and supplying us with an emergency kit, he kept warning us not to bring a third person into a room just for double.

Don’t ever come stay here, it’s so not worth its price and definitely not worth to be...

Rooms were more than adequate; size was OK, beds were comfy, shower was nice but our plug was quite clogged. The cleaners were great and the room looked lovely everytime we got back after a long day which was nice.

Staff were friendly and helpful, but we asked them ahead of time if there would be gluten free food at the breakfast, to which they said yes. But the only options at breakfast were hard Boiled eggs and cheese, which was disappointing.

We tried to order room service on our final night but there was only a couple of gluten free options and the reception was unable to order 'just chips', so we ended up having to go direct to the restaurant they order from to get just chips.

Overall a good stay and would possibly go again, but wouldn't recommend to...

THE WORST STAY EVER

The whole building was too old, messy, and has a weird smell. We had a room on the 1st floor and it did not look like the photos on Booking at all. It was small and the bath tub looks uncleaned, hair dryer was NOT WORKING, and the toilet has trouble flushing down. And the outlets are not working at all or being funny all the time.

When we reported the issue to the front desk, one of the concierge (an old man seems like the boss) was super mean to us, not trying to help at all and being racist about Asians😡

He pretended that he doesn’t know English and made fun of us saying some French. And after checking our room he asked where are we from, and mocked us in a sarcastic way by saying “sawadika” 😐

Don’t ever come to this hotel !!!!!!!!!!...
