Piadineria 14.07 — Restaurant in Paris

A lovely little place just north of Bastille, that seems to be a one-man business. It's close enough to be easy to reach but far enough to not be crowded. It's authentic Italian, and it serves piadinas - if you don't know what they are, you're not the only one. We looked them up while waiting for our order. They come from Emilia Romagna and they're something between pitta and pizza, a delicious freshly cooked flat dough filled with the typical Italian fillings - cheese, ham, veggies, the Italian equivalent to pepperoni. Lovely little spot located in the heart of Bastille. The food is authentically Italian, the piadine are delicious and the dessert (I had a sweet piadina with pistachio cream) was to die for.
