The noodles (the noodles themselves not with the sauce or soup) are very good, feel fresh, very bouncy, even 20 min in a soup, the noodles are not saugy. Unfortunately, the sauces/oils/seasonning or soup on the noodles are very average. The zhajiang noodles are not the real ones, where is the fermented bean paste ? We can see the same about the yibin noodles without the pickles and even worse, without the numbing from Sichuan peppercorns. It would have been the best Chinese noodles in Paris with real and better sauces/oils/seasonning. It's not that good and it's not bad as well, just average in total.
