100% I would go back. The chicken sandwich was so good and crispy, everything is absolutely fresh. The bao bun is PERFECTION! I’ve seen the ramen bun around for about 10 years now and I only just decided to try it. It’s not for me, but it wasn’t bad. I just didn’t enjoy a bun made of noodles is all. The burger and all the toppings were yummy, though. They give a lot of fries with your order. We split an order of fries and the 2 burgers. Flavor here is a little different than you’d expect. It reminds me a little of a char siu flavoring- slightly sweet. The perfect cherry on top is the absolute brilliant burger wrapper that allows you to unwrap it by one of the SIDES without having to open the entire thing so you can still hold your burger in the wrapper!! really great food! i couldn’t finish my plate because i was still quite full from earlier in the day so if you do come, make sure you come ready to eat. everyone there was kind and i had a lovely time. i had the bao matcha chicken burger (sandwich?) and I usually hate pickled onions but i think for this specific meal, you should get them because the contrast of flavors are really unique and most importantly, yummy !! when i come back to paris, i will definitely make sure to come...

Un super endroit si vous voulez manger des Bao Burger en plein cœur de Chatelet les Halles.

L'endroit est très sympa, la décoration moitié végétale moitié manga est colorée. Il y a même une terrasse pour les beaux jours.

Le personnel est vraiment adorable , très attentionné et agréable.

Concernant la carte , vous avez le choix entre un ramen ou bao Burger.

Le ramen Burger est composé d'une galette de nouilles croustillantes.

Le Bao est une brioche moelleuse cuite à la vapeur.

Il y a une le choix entre un poulet croustillant , un steak , une version végétarienne ou Saumon.

Pour 3,5e de plus, vous avez la possibilité de transformer votre Burger en formule avec frites et boisson.

Comptez 15e environ les menus, ce qui est très raisonnable et les burgers sont vraiment généreux. On ressort rassasiés !

Nous avons opté pour le chicken Bao.

J'ai essayé le pain BaoTaro qui lui donne une couleur rose girly!

Les bao Burger étaient très bons, le poulet croustillant n'était pas sec et intéressant.

Le pain colle un peu aux dents par contre.

Les frites sont un mélange de frites de pomme de terre et patate douce. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas assez de patates douces car elles sont vraiment excellentes.
